THE A, B, C - Part 1 (A - M)

Hello Everybody,

Hope all is well with everyone.
I am appalled and devastated by what happened around the world this week. The terrible, horrendous and unfair killing of innocent people.
Of course, I try to find understanding and strength and only seem to find this from the word of God.
This is the short story I wrote a few years ago. The ABC for living a victorious, abundant life. Whenever I feel traumatized, I read this and it is a gentle reminder of how I have the power to change the way I want to live.

All scripture quoted is from the King James Version.

***********************************************************************************

Abide thou with me, fear not: for he that seeketh my life seeketh thy life: but with me thou shalt be in safeguard.
1 Sam 22:23 (KJV)

Abiding in the Lord is the best possible way to live a victorious life!

Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered. 2 Blessed is the man unto whom the LORD imputeth not iniquity, and in whose spirit there is no guile.
Psalms 32:1-2 (KJV)

You are blessed when your sins are forgiven.
Now that is victorious!

Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompense of reward. 36 For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise.
Heb 10:35-36 (KJV)

A great promise. Be confident, the reward is yours!

Drink waters out of thine own cistern, and running waters out of thine own well.
Prov 5:15 (KJV)

Important, don’t take this verse for granted!

Enter not into the path of the wicked, and go not in the way of evil men. 15 Avoid it, pass not by it, turn from it, and pass away. 16 For they sleep not, except they have done mischief; and their sleep is taken away, unless they cause some to fall.
Prov 4:14-17 (KJV)

Under no circumstances, should you follow evil men, it will entice you into sin. Say NO!

Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses.
1 Tim 6:12 (KJV)
Faith is the key!

Gather my saints together unto me; those that have made a covenant with me by sacrifice. 6 And the heavens shall declare his righteousness: for God is judge himself. Selah.
Psalms 50:5-6 (KJV)
Encourage people to live for the Lord.

Honour the LORD with thy substance, and with the firstfruits of all thine increase: 10 So shall thy barns be filled with plenty, and thy presses shall burst out with new wine.
Prov 3:9-10 (KJV)
Having more than enough always!

I will remember the works of the LORD: surely I will remember thy wonders of old. 12 I will meditate also of all thy work, and talk of thy doings. 13 Thy way, O God, is in the sanctuary: who is so great a God as our God? 14 Thou art the God that doest wonders: thou hast declared thy strength among the people
Psalms 77:11-14 (KJV)

Remembering the works of the lord will always strengthen you!

Jesus said - But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;
Matt 5:44 (KJV)
Love, love, love, yes love is the key!

Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you? 17 If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are.
1 Cor 3:16-17 (KJV)

Look after yourself; you are the temple of God!

Let not then your good be evil spoken of: 17 For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.
Romans 14:16-17 (KJV)
Peace and joy what a wonderful promise!

Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all the earth: make a loud noise, and rejoice, and sing praise. 5 Sing unto the LORD with the harp; with the harp, and the voice of a psalm.
Psalms 98:4-5 (KJV)

Praising the Lord is so great, just do it!
