Malema and the EFF a Modern Day Nongqawuse

Julius Malema, the leader of the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF), are on a path of destroying South Africa. The recent behavior by the EFF party in Parliament on May 17 is not acceptable. Malema does more harm than good, and although there are serious issues, the behavior is damaging. As a politician, Malema has a responsibility to the voters and should lead by example.
The followers of the EFF need to reconsider the path of voting Malema into power. Do the millions of unemployed people want a leader that will destroy South Africa? Burning schools, destroying universities, behaving like hooligans and showcasing the parliament commotions to the world.

Gayton McKenzie, once a notorious bank robber and gangster, spend some time in jail and is now a South African motivational speaker and author. McKenzie has done well for himself and remains on a never-ending campaign trying to combat crime in South Africa. According to McKenzie, Julius Malema, the leader of the EFF is "the biggest thief I have ever met." In an open letter to Malema, he criticized the EFF leader and condemned his boisterous conduct. Here is a quote from the letter.

“You are the modern-day Nongqawuse. There was no one there in 1856 to warn our people against that false prophet. Somebody needs to have the courage to warn us against you. I’m not scared of you. But I am scared of what will happen to this country if our young people don’t realize what you are before it is too late.”

McKenzie said somebody needed the courage to warn people against the EFF and its leader Malema. After watching the EFF behavior this week in parliament, more people need to inform the voters of the EFF. What would happen to South Africa under the leadership of Malema? The EFF is a radical and revolutionary movement who are unwavering in their quest to destroy its citizens. Recently Malema said he is running out of patience and threatened to remove the current president Jacob Zuma with the barrel of a gun. Threats, destruction, and intimidation are the themes of the EFF, and the voters are blindly being led into a pit of hell.

A civil war could be imminent if Malema and the EFF members continue to behave like hooligans. Julius Malema might believe he is a problem solver but alas, he is nothing more than a false prophet, a Nongqawuse.
