SOUTH AFRICA: A FAILED STATE: VARIOUS SITUATIONS: NAMING AND SHAMING THEM: PART IV: A DOOMED STATE

South Africa has been hijacked by criminals, rapists and greedy vultures who demoralize the social structure of society. Terrorists and guerrilla warfare fighters who don’t give a damn about people, were perceived as Freedom Fighters by the world. “Shoot to kill,” words echoed by Deputy President Cyril Ramaphosa at the Marikana strike, when 34 workers were shot in the back by the police. There is yet to be a full investigation of this allegation and the consequences of the actions. The world keeps quiet and allows the innocent to die. Yet when the apartheid police shot and killed demonstrators in 1976, the world condemned the action and advanced its financial muscle and expertise to bring down the white government. Whether these criminals are white or black is immaterial, criminals they all are.
The most tragic is the fact these criminals are embedded in the political body. The central organ of state in this regard is SARS (the Revenue Service). Despite South Africa having 63,000 multi-millionaires, each with an average of USD 10 million, R 110 million. Just in assessing these nouveau rich, South Africa would not have any budget shortage for the next 10 years. The current taxpayer base of more than 3 million is paying taxes in order that some 17, 5 million so-called indigenous (poor) people can obtain welfare grants. These same so-called poor vote en masse for the governing ANC, which is proving to be a disaster for the country. Julius Malema had been a target of SARS, simultaneously the SSA and any other security apparatus had swung into action and their strategy was to scupper any income of his. By ensuring his financial demise, he would not have been able to take up his place in parliament. Now Malema is called a cockroach by speaker of the house Baleka Mbete, who is under the corrupt spell of Zuma, with a history that tells another story. Malema, (although no Angel) is the only one with “Balls” to stand up to the Zumanoid government is a target of great irritation to the ANC. In the past week, Malema and his EFF party were evicted from Parliament by means of brute force. A clear indication that democracy in the RSA is under serious threat. Pres Zuma referred in a statement to an unruly member of parliament. However, the question of the EFF was throughout as to when Pres Zuma was going to refund the R 285 million of state funds spent on an irregular basis on his private compound at Nkandla. What is staggering is the fact that the British government contributed Pound 20 million, some R 680 million, to build roads to Nkandla. Where is this money? This was revealed by a British Member of Parliament, Jack Sen. There is no public record of any highways built around Nkandla? Who else contributed funds? For what?

According to the Constitutional court, the DA is entitled to call Zuma a thief, as whatever he says cannot be believed. Zuma is setting the RSA on a road to utter destruction. It's only he and his family, they want to steal. The STATE’s legislation is throughout negated, they do what they want. Whether it is about E-Tolls in Gauteng, handled by SANRAL who failed to pay RSC levies to the tune of more than R 60 million in 2009 to the City of Tshwane Municipality. Till today, it’s not paid and no criminal charges had been instigated as per Act 109 of 1985.

The legal system in the RSA is a mess, judges in matters of the RSC levies had tried their utmost best to scupper the payment because of that. In this regard, they had succeeded with the result that the Municipalities lost some R 7 billion in one single book year. The municipalities are not competent to maintain the infrastructure, what about the rolling out of new infrastructure? The way things are continuing it is heading for disaster. Very soon, the water infrastructure will collapse, everything points thereto. ESKOM, the failing State utility is a major disaster in securing electricity. This stems from the Mbeki years when the engineers had warned of such a shortage, but the ruling ANC did not want to hear any of it! Why? The new coal-fired electrical generating stations Medupi and Khusile are after spending twice the amount of money a similar plant would cost in the rest of the world, not yet online. Why? The names of the Guptas, Zuma’s friends come to the fore. It has been alleged that they are behind these 2 coal-fired entities.
Now South Africa has signed a contract with Russia for Nuclear power. Everything is highly irregular. The only positive point is that Zuma is now messing with Pres Putin from Russia. It is clear that this time Zuma will live to regret messing with the Russian Tiger. Let the Zulus learn!

The Zuma's are everywhere, in the energy industry, in the arms industry. Why? These are industries where so- called secrecy provisions abound and the rest of the country is kept in the dark.
However, the energy industry is becoming extremely difficult. The power stations are facing no maintenance or when it does happen, it’s very shoddy and substandard. To what extent is the Zuma family involved in the proposed fracking in the Karoo, irrespective of a massive adverse reaction thereto? The SASOL plant being built in Louisiana, USA? Are the Zuma's involved? The world’s largest companies’ are known to have stated that no significant projects would be undertaken unless Pres Zuma were involved. Since December 2014 the sentiment has changed, the same companies are trying to put a big distance between themselves and Pres Zuma. What do they know? Pres Zuma, the thief, continuing in his merry ways and creating mayhem as far as he goes.

The SANDF is a shadow of its previous military might. For troops to be deployed to the DRC with the SANDF on a peacekeeping mission. Allegations are that these forces had to pay a certain general up to R 10 000 in order to have their names put up for this deployment. Why? The reason being is that the implementation allows a tidy sum of allowances kicks in. However, the bulk of those so finding themselves in this situation tend to have been diagnosed with HIV/Aids. They would never have been selected to be a part of this force. Only for a general close to Pres Zuma could this situation come about.

Where is SARS? The overeager revenue service which abuses the legal system?
The Acting Commissioner, Ivin Pillay, which had been suspended along with several other, has according to Sunday newspapers having to answer on many issues. To what extent did they use the information they so gleaned to effect business for themselves and close business partners? Will we ever learn the truth In this regard? Ivin Pillay also has to answer as to the issue of his continued tenure after he was supposed to go on the pension. How many millions flowed irregularly into his coffers?

Johan Van Loggerenberg, his sidekick, resigned. This is the same man who fostered penalties and interest on companies instead of on the state-owned entities where it should have been in the first place. The strategy of these alleged criminals in the state’s employ is to force companies into lengthy court procedures which are also costly. Yet, this is how they operate, with seemingly impunity. The courts also are in a mess, the only thing that the South African courts can handle without any suspicion of interference, is an unopposed divorce matter and then even that takes some stretching of the imagination. The SA Courts are clearly under the influence of the executive, irrespective of their eventual judgments. Although this might be surprisingly correct given the facts, the issue of enforcing the court orders and the delays in getting there are all costly. Therefore, people such as Adv Graeme Bester and his friends who manipulate the system and it is all to the benefit of one family!
Off course – The Zuma family!!

The Zuma and the Guptas – a failed dairy farm in the Free State to the tune of more than R 600 million, no questions asked.
The Zumas’ involvement in the energy industry.
Their participation in the nuclear industry.
Their involvement in the defense industry.
Where else…?
The stealing of the Gaddafi moneys? USD 400 million? USD 800 million?? More, much more? The fact of the matter is that Pres Zuma is refusing to repay the Libyan moneys. On what basis? Because he is a thief?

While, as President, he was throwing stones at Julius Malema, he still has not come to grips with the fact that he is a thief. Is it because he is a psychopath? How many people have been murdered? This is the one story that has still got to be told!

And the venture in the CAR? Not a state-sanctioned ventured! The state’s resources had been abused for the benefit of a few people. Under the tutelage of Pres Zuma! And the alleged diamond concession in DRC given to Pres Zuma, which nets him monthly an amount of around USD 50 000.
In naming them and shaming them, all the fingers point towards Pres Zuma – a thief who had been giving top cover to all the other petty criminals in the state’s employ. This has set South Africa on a road to self-destruction. However, they are also blind to the facts as to what’s happening
The countries of the Maghreb, Egypt, Libya, Tunisia, Algeria, and Morocco have all decided that they will not affect any business with the RSA. Based on the manner in which the South African government had stolen the Gaddafi moneys.

The whole of South Africa must bear the consequences of the wrong decisions taken by Pres Zuma and his super cabinet. Super large, due to the amount of food they stuff down their faces, super incompetent – they are creating obstructions after obstructions and stealing and cheating and stealing…

Naming and shaming them – seems like it will never end!
Yeah right – cry the beloved country!!! Again and again.
Ole Max Du Preez says he’s furious about the corruption. Ole Max did say that Zuma is a one-man wrecking ball. The question is, however, who are the parasites feeding of him?
