Zuma must be laughing NPA will appeal

President Jacob Zuma must be laughing, the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) will seek leave to appeal to the court ruling that charges against the president be reinstated. NPA National Director of Public Prosecutions Shaun Abrahams said that after much consideration, he will lodge the appeal at the Supreme Court of Appeal on Monday.

April 29, 2016, the High Court in Pretoria ruled that Zuma should face the 783 charges of corruption. It has been a seven-year battle for the Democratic Alliance (DA) to get the ruling overturned.  During April 2009, the charges were withdrawn in the High Court in Durban against Zuma.

The NPA will find a technical loophole to avoid giving Zuma his day in court for now. The entire decision to appeal the High Court ruling is a political one and a waste of taxpayers’ money. Taxpayer’s money used to benefit Zuma and not the country. It is another temporary win for Zuma, and when the appeal court upholds the decision to prosecute, Abrahams will have no alternative but to proceed.  Perhaps Abrahams did not want to take the responsibility of proceeding and by lodging an appeal would let him off the hook for now. Nobody is above the law; Zuma must go to court and face the charges against him. If Zuma is innocent as he claims to be, then he will not be charged.

Abrahams as head of the NPA has failed the nation and is a dancing puppet of Zuma. Abrahams will do as he is told and drag out any decisions for as long as possible. It is the conceited style of the African National Congress (ANC) at play. Should the NPA not succeed at the appeal court, there would be a possibility that the matter is referred to the Concourt. It is a delay tactic that plays out time and again. Zuma is laughing, and the taxpayers are paying a hefty price for the folly of a president that should be impeached.

Jan Van Riebeeck is the cause of all the ANC problems VIDEO

Now the world will see why South Africa is doomed. A video where an African National Congress (ANC) MP said Jan Van Riebeeck a thief who stole the land, arrived in South Africa 2000 years ago. The MP claimed Van Riebeeck was nothing more than an unwelcome visitor who overstayed his welcome and stole the dignity of the people.
The MP said it would be a story to tell the children, of how an unwelcome visitor came to South Africa and took advantage of the kind people living in the land. When a point of order was raised that the MP was misleading the House by giving the incorrect year of Van Riebeeck’s arrival, she said: “or whatever year.” The speech is nothing more than a blame game as the ANC have no good stories to tell.  However much the ruling party tries to maintain that there is control, and the only party that can lead South Africa into a glorious future, the more they stumble.

When members of parliament, try to state historical facts during a speech, they should at least get the actualities correct.  Van Riebeeck arrived in April 1652, and the MP probably does not know the historical facts.

It is not the first time that ANC members have made stupid blundering mistakes, the President Jacob Zuma once said, that Africa is the biggest continent. The ANC have failed to lead South Africa into a first world country. There is no doubt that the party is on the fast track to claim victory in the upcoming municipal elections and will deceive the ignorant voters. The ANC will do what it has been doing best for the past 22 years, continue to mislead the people.

The ANC are adamant that the minority are nothing more than unwelcome guests who are no longer welcome. There is a clear indication that harassment continues, in the form of lowering education standards, implementing laws to oust whites and keep the majority uneducated. South Africa under the leadership of the ANC is doomed to become another failed state.

Farmer’s Wife Escapes Assassination Plot

A farmer in the Natal Midlands has had many brushes with perpetrators over the past few years and fortunately remains alive for now. Always living in fear, taking extra security measures and remaining vigilant all the time.  His wife is a target as well and recently found herself in an attempted assassination while traveling back from town to the farm.

Here is a story about an incident.
She is driving in the Natal Midlands of KZN, and the sun is bright at 11:30 in the morning, going to her home in the country. She has left the city and enjoying the open country scenery while driving along.

Suddenly in front of her, she noticed a minibus blocking her lane. Opposite on the right side of the road was a medium sized car, resulting in her having to slow down to get through the gap, as both vehicles had created a small gap to pass through. (In South Africa vehicles travel on the left side of the road.)

Also on her right were two other medium sized cars spaced about 5 meters from each other. In between were groups of black males, five to six people in each group between the cars, all dressed in red shirts and black pants? They had their backs turned towards the center of the road, and heads slightly bowed down and slightly relaxed. Hands in front near their waist.
She decided to go through the gap at a slow speed. Then suddenly coming from the opposite direction another car approached and the group of black males between the last two cars got frantic and waved to the moving car to pass through the gap first.

The farmer’s wife decided to go through the gap first. As she passed the last vehicle that was parked on the side of the road those in the group gasped in disappointment, making an unconvincing attempt to stop her car.

She only realized that those in the groups were armed and ready to shoot. Those standing in groups were ready, holding guns in front of themselves at waist level, head bowed, and would turn to the left and bring handguns level to shoot at the passing car, then filling the victim with lead bullets killing the victim instantly. Fortunately, this did not happen, as the unexpected car approached and compromised their operations.

The woman has had near fatal incidences in the past few months. It is evident that she is a target as she is the wife of a farmer. Fortunately, the European woman escaped a brutal killing by unknown gunmen.
