South Africa - Sins of the Fathers - Part 4

Sins of the Fathers – Part 4 – Wasted Time

There is one refrain that is continually presented whenever one speaks to anybody who had been involved in what was known as the “Border War.”
The Afrikaners by means of FW De Klerk reneged on promises to all the participants in the border war.

32 Battalion was let down; they bled and died for the South Africans because they were given shelter and a small salary.

The ANC government has actually integrated these past 32 Battalion soldiers into the SANDF. These soldiers are giving their loyalty to their new country.

Nevertheless, it is not only 32 Battalion, 101 Battalion has also suffered because of this cowardice on the side of the Afrikaners by not sticking to their promises.
Today the former soldiers find themselves at a place called “Vingerkraal,” destitute and in poor conditions.

When looking at all these aspects and with hindsight – a blindingly orthodox field, one cannot but fail to raise some serious questions.
Why did South Africa under the National Party leadership continue with the war in Angola? Was it because the Generals of the SADF received “incentives” from Savimbi, the leader of Unita? Who received diamonds on a large scale? Certain Cabinet Ministers? Was the public misled?

The ANC had shown greater pragmatism, although the Defense Force is a shadow of its former self. The SA Special Forces is indeed a cluster of excellence. However, they were shown to have been involved In the Civil Cooperation Bureau (CCB), which was an operation, run by the SA Police and who bungled it on a monumental scale. If it was not for SA Special Forces, the Defense Force would have run into serious problems in the Central African Republic (CAR) and the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC). These are the same Special Forces where the management is hell bent on seemingly stealing. Whilst the troopers in the various theatres are working their butts of, they seem hell bent on enriching themselves. In this regard, they have clearly co-opted the judicial system in the RSA. In this regard, the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) seems to be nothing else but a crime-ridden club who is referred to in letters to the President as a white collar criminal organization. Yet, it might all be true.

In this regard, a company NGAM had supplied weapons to SA Special forces via Armscor. The SASF and their Intelligence counterparts, with whom they had been working closely in the past had tried to steal the contracts of NGAM. False accusations were raised against the personnel of NGAM; raids were affected based on suspicions. Anything was done to slander them and create suspicion, all because these people want to steal. They had crippled NGAM’s business; they used SARS (The Revenue Service) for fictitious assessments. They had roped in the courts; the situation has reached such a level that
no faith can be held in the courts. This all because certain people want to steal and this emanates from a small group at SA Special Forces. They have tried to destroy NGAM financially, the same way in which they had set out to destroy many other companies.
When Armscor lost Arbitration for some R 300 million to an Australian company, the RSA government wants to change international agreements. This certainly bodes ill for the RSA in the International Commercial sphere! Many International companies are stating publicly that they refuse to do business with Armscor or Denel. Both companies belong to the state, and they are active in the Defense Industry. The Intelligence services have been monitoring various companies ‘communications in order to pass their trade secrets on to those two companies. In all of these aspects, the Afrikaners are prevalent. It is clear that there is no leadership amongst the Afrikaners, and this leads to the question as to whether the Afrikaners was nothing else but cannon fodder in order to create the bidding of the same politicians who have now left them in the lurch?

The question is why Dr Verwoerd was murdered? Was he a threat to business interests? Afrikaner business interests? While trying to answer these questions, one has to
delve deeper into the history of the country and go back to the Anglo – Boer war that ended in 1902. Which families fled the fighting in South Africa and sat it out in order to return with all their cattle from Lesotho and Swaziland and in the process became exceedingly rich? Once this issue is understood then one can begin to understand how it all fits together.

Tollgate was an example of stealing from this group, now Pinnacle Point – the property group, even the issue of NGAM becomes abundantly clear when having regard thereto.

Thus, who is the threat for the future of the RSA? People such as the personnel of any company that performs, even to the benefit of the country?

The fact of the matter is that the NPA is an institution that must be thoroughly investigated. As for the SA Special Forces, if the management keeps on endangering the lives of all and sundry with their insatiable appetite for abusing state resources, then they must be shut down, and a new institution formed in order to safeguard the skills built up over so many years.
Que vadis South Africans?

A case of throwing the pearls before the swine!!!

South Africa – Hendrik Verwoerd Jeff Radebe and Pik Botha

While there might not be a direct or indirect link to the three politicians, their lives and ambitions were diverse and overflowed with a marked transformation. Regrettably, Verwoerd lost his life at a time when the political scene in South Africa was on the brink of a total makeover. Perhaps his foresight and aspirations to develop, change and turn South Africa into a first class world country did not undoubtedly match the plans of international and local people.

Hendrik Verwoerd, Jeff Radebe and Pik Botha are all connected to South Africa through the political arena. The combination is probably regarded as pointless and striking no connection, yet there are some obvious fascinations we will encounter as we try to find the source of the failing democracy of South Africa.

Spotlight on Hendrik Verwoerd

We remember Hendrik Verwoerd as the mastermind behind the creation and implementation of apartheid during the past 1950's and early 1960's. As the first Prime Minister of the Republic of South Africa, Verwoerd was responsible for the banning of the African National Congress (ANC) and other terrorist organizations.

Verwoerd was born in the Netherlands, and his family moved to South Africa in the early 1900's. He remained a conscientious student and received several doctorates. He studied
in Germany and received his master's degree in psychology and philosophy. At this time, he was introduced to the study of eugenics.
It is recorded that Verwoerd formed the apartheid policy on the Nazi ideology. He deliberately stayed away from eugenic theories and strongly emphasized environmental influences rather than traditional tendencies.
During 1948,, the National Party narrowly won the general election and the apartheid regime became a reality. Hendrik Verwoerd was actively involved in politics during this time and became the Minister of Native Affairs in 1950. During his time as minister, he implemented the National Party program and laws relating to the Population Registration Act, the Group Areas Act and the Pass Law Act were enacted together with the Reservation of Separate Amenities Act. The basis of an apartheid system.

During 1958, he was elected as the prime minister and referred to the architect of apartheid by implements segregation laws. There was a time when Verwoerd described apartheid as a system of good neighborliness'.

Negotiations during 1960 to end the British Commonwealth rule bore fruit, and in May 1961 South Africa became an independent country
During 1960, the change from the main British power to a republic and during that year South Africa became an independent country. Black ambassadors from Commonwealth countries were refused entry into South Africa.

Nine days after the tragic Sharpeville massacre, Verwoerd received a death threat.
David Pratt an English business man and farmer fired two shots at Verwoerd after he delivered a speech at Function in Johannesburg, on April 9, 1960.
Verwoerd survived this assassination and his perpetrator was institutionalized and later on committed suicide.
South Africa continued to develop complex military equipment, aircrafts, and armored vehicles and began to tap into nuclear and biological weapons. As a country, South Africa continued to flourish economically. The United Nations wanted an end to the apartheid system and began to institute an arms embargo and sanctions against the country. This began to have an adverse effect on the economy. The country had the potential to become a first world country and the trade embargos made this fact impossible.
It was three days before his death that Verwoerd held a meeting with the Government of Lesotho and a shared collaboration to work towards amicable solutions without interfering in the internal affairs was achieved.
During 1966 the second attempt to assassinate Verwoerd succeeded. A parliamentary messenger Dimitri Tsafendas stabbed Verwoerd in the neck and chest. Dimitri escaped the death penalty on the grounds of insanity.
What was the reason for his assassination? Was there conclusive evidence that it was because of his epitome apartheid legacy? Was he assassinated because he began to dismantle the bitter twisted apartheid system that threatened to destroy the flourishing economy of South Africa?

Spotlight on Jeff Radebe

Jeff Radebe currently holds the position of Minister of Justice and Constitutional Development of Security under the Zuma administration.

Born in Cato Manor, South Africa, in February 1953 and forcibly moved to KwaMashu, a township in 1958 by the apartheid regime.

He was a student at the Karl Marx University and joined the ANC in 1977. Radebe completed an LLM in International Law in 1981. Radebe was sent to Mozambique and Tanzania on a secret mission for the ANC. In Dar es Salaam, he worked as a journalist for a radio station.

Back in South Africa he was arrested in 1986 and sentenced to a ten year imprisonment term on Robben Island, under the terrorism act. Radebe was released from prison in 1990 after a successful 12 day hunger strike.

Jeff Radebe is married to Bridgette Radebe the first black, female mining magnate. Her sister is the billionaire mining magnate Patrice Motsepe.

When Nelson Mandela was elected as president of the country, Radebe served as Minister of Public Works. Under the Mbeki administration, he was appointed as Minister of Public Enterprises, and then served as the Minister of Transport.

His appointment as Minister of Justice and Constitutional Development calls for the control and administrative support to the courts and supervision of the National Prosecuting Authority. The legal services to the departments of state and the law reform provision are another responsibility Radebe has.

Radebe plays an essentially crucial part of the Zuma administration is a leading candidate for acting president while Zuma is out of the country.

Radebe is likened to the apartheid minister of Foreign Affairs, Pik Botha in many aspects. The assumption of comparison is the truth of his lifestyle, and desire to succeed. Is he a shenanigan who will trample the wealth of the country while living an opulent lifestyle?

Is Radebe a threat to the Zuma administration? Does Radebe have the power to overthrow the president?

Spot light on Pik Botha

Without emphasizing too much about the lifestyle excessive squander of government funds, we can recall Pik Botha the Minister of Foreign Affairs. Pik Botha will always be referred to as one of the most colorful public figures.

Pik (so named because of his stature) served under the Apartheid government since 1953 and retired from the political scene in 1996.

During his early career years, he remained in foreign services and actively involved in the International Court of Justice in The Hague between the South African and Namibia matter. He also served as a law advisor and ambassador to the United Nations.

While he is no angel and does have a few incidents that he is not proud of, he is considered to be a liberal, in comparison to other members of the former National Party of the apartheid era.

While serving under the Vorster government, he remained a firm favorite, among the people of South Africa. Pik heavily criticized for his lack of experience and young age, forged ahead and served as foreign minister of the government.

During 1985 Pik Botha drafted a speech to announce the release of Nelson Mandela but the ruling president at that time PW Botha rejected this document. Within a year from forming this controversial document he publicly stated that South Africa could have a black president.
During 1998, he travelled to some African countries and signed a peace protocol with the president of the Republic of Congo. At the signing, he referred to this as a new era for South Africa and stated that the government was removing racial discrimination.

Under the post apartheid government, Pik Botha served as Minister of Mineral and Energy Affairs from 1994 to 1996.

Pik Botha remained a firm supporter of Thabo Mbeki after his departure from politics. He has heavily criticized the ANC government's affirmation action policies and stated that a constitutional settlement would never have been signed based on their current policies.

Pik Botha, a liberal and colorful character certainly left his mark within the political scene, can only wonder if his naughty boy attitude followed the new generation of Politicians into the future.

In Closing

Hendrik Verwoerd, Jeff Radebe and Pik Botha are all linked to apartheid. There is a real possibility that Verwoerd died for trying to fix the injustice of apartheid. Pik Botha used his foreign minister portfolio to attract support from other countries and used his popularity to cover some published deceitful deeds. Is Jeff Radebe following in Pik's footsteps?

South Africa - What a Difference Twenty Years have made

What a difference twenty years have made for the South African National Defense Force (SANDF)> Looking as some photos one quickly realizes a lot has changed over the years. The changes can be defined as good, bad or downright daft.
Before the 1994 election, South Africa had to defend her borders from communist, guerilla warfare. The international sanctions did not improve the arms industry. The government at that time did not drop dead and let it be; instead, they began to manufacture their own weapons.

The army under that period was the pride and joy of the country. The army was well organized, disciplined and dependable. It was the young soldiers guided and trained under the experienced ranking officials during their two year national service period.

The youngsters were not treated like weak and useless members of society, from day one their training gave them discipline, showed them respect and mirrored them as the protectors of our country. Endurance, performance and physical fitness combined with mental stamina turned the young men into the proud South African Army.
During the years of border conflicts, the South African soldiers diligently served their country, their family and friends. Although many youngsters lost their lives in the bloody battles and will, always be remembered as heroes. Those who returned to tell the story of the most desperate survival tactics and living in a war zone, or not knowing if death will engulf you, are the ones proudly honored.

Now we have a defense force that is oh so, well who knows?

Oops, what happened?

Oh yes, no more physical training, dancing is better, after all we do have a dancing president. Oh dear what on earth would happen if war raged against our country, will the dancing soldiers manage to protect us?

South Africa A Failing Democracy – Focus on the Special Forces and NPA

A focus on the Special Forces and the National Prosecuting Authority (NAP) of South Africa can be a link to the failing democracy of this country. Two powered departments with powerful control and directly under the watchful eye of Jeff Radebe.

Special Forces of South Africa

An important point to remember is that the Special Forces are not part of the regular South African Army. They fall directly under the Chief of the SANDF.

The first Special Forces Unit was established in 1972 under the apartheid regime and known as Recces. During this time, the Special Forces were directly involved in the 30 year long border war with Namibia and Anglo.

The Special Forces specialize in maritime related activities and special force regiments in overland techniques usually long-range infiltration.

Over the years there have been structural changes and the Special Force training are considered one of the harder courses in the world. A soldier must meet exceptionally high requirements to attend Special Forces Selection and only South African citizens are allowed into this structure.

Today the Special Forces are nothing else but an organization which has an extensive record of theft. The Special Forces have been exonerated by the Minister of Finance and do not have to provide audit reports for the 2010 to 2013 years. There are rumors that this department, together with Armscor is directly responsible for the death of the 15 South African troops in Central African Republic (CAR) early this year. The story known is that The Special forces and Armscor did not pay the import duties on the weaponry imported into South Africa, and subsequently the South African Revenue Services refused to release the arms. This was a direct cause of the death of the South African Soldiers in CAR who did not have enough weapons to protect them.

Was this democracy or greed, what was more important, the money or the lives of the innocent soldiers who lost their lives?

National Prosecuting Authority (NPA)

The National Prosecuting Authority is under the control of Jeff Radebe, Minister of Justice. The NPA is known to be a corrupt institution. It is alleged that if this department cannot find any wrong against people they want to incriminate against, the department will create an issue to use in the courts of law.

It is a known fact that the South African Courts are in shambles, the judges are under intense pressure to reduce the backlog of outdated cases. There are instances when everything is done to accommodate certain criminals who are hiding in the State structures.

Some of the laws that allow the NPA specific protection are the Child Protection Act, the Witness Protection Act, Criminal Procedure Act Section 25(2A) and Criminal Procedure Act Section 47(49).
These acts allow people to be killed, and no action can be opened against the perpetrator. The Action of Section 47 does protect land owners and home owners, who can kill intruders if their lives are in danger.

The child protection act allows minors to kill people and not get arrested. Minors who are actually guilty of a crime are placed into the care of their parents. It is a known fact that police officers cannot be bothered with the complexity of another murder case and don’t want to fall foul of the law.
The witness protection act has a distinct protocol of favoring the wrong people. In one, instance the murder of Erika Croeser is highlighted. Her killer was under the witness protection act and not arrested, which resulted in the wrong person going to jail.

The Special Forces are allowed to kill and are protected by Section 25(2A). There are members of this unit who are protected by the law and now employed by the South African Police (SAP) and remain more lethal than before, working undercover in various units. Paid by the SAP, the Committee of the Communist party, the CIA and the MI6

With all the high profile people controlling the basis of the safety of its citizens, it remains an alarming fact that democracy is no longer prevalent.
In closing
The Special Forces and the National Prosecuting Authority are two vitally important departments in the democracy of South Africa. These departments would be able to protect and promote the true democracy of people if there were honest and responsible governance in control. Jeff Radebe as a controlling factor of these vitally prominent structures constitutes the failing of democracy on a huge level.

South Africa - Part 3 - Sins of the Fathers

SOUTH AFRICA: THE SINS OF THE FATHERS – PART III

THE AFRIKANERS – A LACK OF UNDERSTANDING

Roger Whitaker used to say that all politicians are like a bunch of bananas, - they are all yellow, they all float together and there’s not a straight one amongst them.
The 1930’s Carnegie Report into poverty in South Africa with reference to the white Afrikaners made the following point that the Afrikaner was too lazy to work and preferred to live as a squatter on the Dutch farmer’s farm. Few people are aware of the fact that the Prime Minister Hendrik Verwoerd focused on importing Dutch officials for employment in the then South African Civil Service. The reason thereto was that he did not trust the Afrikaners.

During the WWII period, one could not obtain employment in the SA Civil Service if you did not pledge allegiance to the British Colonial Authorities and the British War effort. Once one had, you got be employed and was obligated to wear a red tab in order to indicate that you had sworn such allegiance and that you would have such an employ. These issues still rankle today, although there has been seen a decrease in references to such.

During the 70’s and the 80’ the South Africans were involved in a war against the Angolans and SWAPO (The Namibian Liberation Movement) and ANC of South Africa, at that
point a banned movement. The South Africans were ruled at that stage by the National Party, an Afrikaner stronghold. Already at this time many of its supporters had become disillusioned as to what had been happening in their world, and they started asking questions. Col Jan Breytenbach, the founder of 32 Battalion, known as the Terrible Ones, writes in his book about the broken promises from the National Party and its leader who disbanded the Battalion. The Afrikaner throughout has shown a string of broken promises, a lack of decency and courage. The soldiers of 32 Battalion had bled and died for South Africa, they were used in a similar position as what the French Government is using the Foreign Legion for. At least after fulfilment of your contract with the Foreign Legion, you are legible to become a French Citizen. After the disbandment of 32 Battalion, it was then President Mandela who saw to it that they received some form of financial reward for their service.
A waste of time to accept the promises of the Afrikaners? Where are they now? Instead of reading the signs of the times, they went into opposition without understanding the consequences of their move. Today Marthinus Van Schalkwyk is a Minister in the ANC government. He is seen as a sell-out by various groups. However, his actions are just the most practical of all the professed Afrikaner politicians. Even Dr Mulder who was appointed as a deputy minister by Pres Zuma is a much more pragmatic politician than the rest.

The most intriguing to note is that during the time of the National Party leadership the Freemasons ensconced themselves in specifically the South African Police and the SA Defence Force. Unless one would be a part of this group, you would not be promoted to a senior position, with all its rewards and financial implications. Even until today they tend to play a major role in the current structures. Even the creation of similar organisations in order to cater for the new black elite was formed. The role of the Freemasons stem from the time of the British, and it makes sense. The Afrikaners were enticed into the Broederbond which would be their own secret society. Unbeknownst to them the Broederbond was in effect also a creation of the Freemasons. This makes tactical clear sense.

One must keep in mind that the Anglo-Boer war was the direct result for the decline of the British Empire. The cost of this war was much larger than which the British had anticipated. The cost of a war is something which people tend to forget about, for example, it has been said that Germany had only finished paying their WWII reparations quite recently!

South Africa, warts and all became in 1994 a part of the new South Africa. Instead of acting in a strategic method such a joining the ANC en masse, the National Party preached opposition politics. This is the same National Party who did not fulfil their promises to 32 Battalion and who still has to come clean about the downing of the Helderberg with all its passengers. Whatever the situation, it is the current ANC government, as successor in Law which will have to pick up the tab for any resulting damages that might arise. Pockets of the old ideas might still remain in the ANC’s South Africa. Especially amongst the authority entities which were created years ago. According to Pik Botha, during the early 2000’s in a conversation with investigators about the export of the 320 Ratel Infantry Fighting Vehicles to Jordan, he stated that an investigation into corruption into inter alia Armscor was of such a damning nature that no government could afford the story to become public knowledge. According to him at the time the damage would be so damaging to the government, also the ANC had inherited this entity from the NP government.
In the book “The FALL of the ANC – WHAT NEXT?” By Prince Mashele & Mzukisi Qobo, they write “During F W de Klerk’s tenure of the presidency from 1989 until 1994, the deficit increased from R 91, 2 billion to R 237 billion (in current prices). Where did all this money go?”

Meanwhile in the security establishment, the Crime Intelligence division of the Police in 1992 instigated a policy of concentrating on the right wing activities. The only reason thereto was that whilst there, such a threat, it would always be of a minor nature. By manipulating the threat and stage managing the issue the Crime Intelligence Division would become a immensely powerful cog in the State’s security framework. Information would be manipulated until it reached a point where these structures began looting and stealing for their own pockets.

In the APEX matter, the company was liquidated under a cloud of irregularities committed by these officials so in the employ of the State. The effect thereof was that 60% of the known coal reserves in the RSA was bought for a paltry sum and transferred abroad. Names such as Messrs Christo Wiese at the SA Reserve Bank, Michael Blackbeard, Dr JJ de Jager, Me Gill Marcus, Herman Crousse – Intelligence Agent, George Darmanovitch – Intelligence Agent, Kobus Schabort – Attorney, Jaco Roos – Attorney, Adv Glynis Breytenbach – formerly from the National Prosecuting Authority’s names and many more were mentioned.
It was also mentioned that a certain Aysha Pienaar was engaging in a sexual relationship with Min Jeff Radebe, the Min for Justice and Constitutional Development. All these persons colluded to steal the rights from Apex. Even the Intelligence Agencies was running a program based on the allegations that the deponents to the affidavits in this study were running operations for rogue countries in the Middle East as well as for terrorist groups, this without any proof. This was disseminated as fact. Yet, nobody in the Intelligence Services until today had been prosecuted for disseminating blatant lies and/or been investigated because these lies were created with only one aspect in mind, namely that it was designed to steal the coal rights.
This type of activity is obviously followed in all the strategies as set out by these people. It is forwarded to embassies as the truth. Not even Will Smith in the movie “Enemy of the State” will believe that such things actually happens in real life.
And yet, it is Afrikaans names that dominate.

The late Deon Basson wrote about corruption in the old ZAR (Zuid Afrikaanse Republiek”) as follows. Paul Kruger’s family (President at the time circa 1899) had granted themselves an amount of British Pound 500 000 as loans, this in 1899. These moneys were deposited in British banks and were never returned.
In all of these issues, it is Afrikaans names – Afrikaners. Is it a lack of understanding? If not, then what? The Afrikaners is nothing actually than a common language group of pride and honor. Due to their actions, more on this issue will be address in Part 4

South Africa the Devil has a Backup Plan

The South African elections are over and once again, the African National Congress (ANC) has won the fifth democratic election with an overwhelming 62.15%. The Democratic Alliance (DA) remains the official opposition party with 22.23%, and the new kid on the block, Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF), gained 6.35%.
What does the future hold for South Africans, under the ANC leadership another five years with President Jacob Zuma, not much will change for the masses? The corruption will continue, farm murders will escalate, and the minority white people will be forced to give up their land without compensation.

A dark forceful element will continue to reign over the country as the evil god forsaken people carry on terrorizing and spreading evil over the land. The socialist and radical plan to drive the white minority into a reverse apartheid system has already reared its ugly head.
Black Economic Empowerment (BEE) is the new name for apartheid. Before 1994, the whites were the minority and held all the power that left the majority of blacks powerless. Since 1994, the blacks who are the majority hold the power and the minority whites are spawned upon as thieves, murderers and, evil people. While the minority group of whites’ claim to be conscious of a higher power and live a life based on the Word of God, the masses seem to consider this an evil.
Many blacks have respect for the Word of God and respect the social differences between ethnic groups. While most favor, greed, corruption and the power of money over the Word of God. Greed is the new religion; it is the unfailing future of South Africa. Money is not a curse, on one hand, God and the heavenly bodies see money as a symbol of the abundant supply God provides to all His children. In heaven, money is seen as the energy of exchange. God’s people depend on heavenly contributions to sustain their earthly needs.

While accumulation of wealth is not entirely evil, it becomes evil when greed and selfishness are attached to money. When money becomes the dominant factor of a person’s life, the energy of accumulation becomes the motivation to gain wealth through any channel available. Money as a form of exchange should be spread about to assist those in need and end the sufferings on this earth.

The ANC rule is a method of social influence that maximizes the efforts of people toward the achievement of their goal. The direct and in-directs actions are condoned as a different conclusion and opposed to an unfair goal. The use of public funds for personal gain at the defense of the poor is a evil trait.

A man may accumulate a fortune through honest hard work, and it is when his loyalty to money is lower than his devotion to God it becomes a blessing. A person who is prosperous and remains selfish by not caring for the underprivileged cannot experience the true joy of Heaven in his life.

A man, who amassed his fortune through evilness, is never really satisfied. It is only the devils spawn who consider money to be powerful, and it is so wrong. Blatant theft from the poor is the only description of the high numbers of corruption among government departments in South Africa. Self enrichment is a curse. Over the past 20 years, the poverty levels have grown and continue to spiral out of control.
The BEE system enforced by the ANC government is once again another form of theft to destablize the white community. To insist that 50 percent black shareholding is a must through the new law is outrageous. Perhaps in large corporations and government departments this might work. In the private sector especially small to medium sized businesses will suffer. Companies with a turnover of ZAR10 million or more will have to comply with this new law.

On the flip side, The ANC government can lose from enforcing this new law. What would happen to a small white owned business started over 50 years ago, in the garage of a residential home? Over the years, the owner managed to expand the business, and in turn created jobs, contributed to the government in the form of taxes. Today, the company remains a family business, continues to generate profit, and has only one white shareholder. Now the new law wants the company to have a 50 percent black owned shareholding. Where will the business owner who has grown the company to a medium sized profitable organization find a competent black shareholder? For the purpose of carrying on the family business, the owner must now abandon the years of hard work and a lifetime of perseverance because there is no way he will give away his company to an unskillful person. He will shut down the company thereby causing a few hundred people to join the long unemployment queues, stop being a contributor of taxes. So the government loses, they will have to pay out unemployment benefits to the jobless and accept a reduction of taxation. The owner of the business will retire somewhere overseas and stay happy in a safe country.

BEE, the devil’s backup plan, will force the small to medium sized white owned companies to shut down and in turn create more confusion than before. As the unemployment sector rises, the crime will escalate, corruption will increase, and starvation will cause the death of many.
In the mean time, Julius Malema, leader of the EFF said he will support the ANC to replace the current South African Constitution, to implement the land reform policies without compensation. This is another story. However, this is a stupid idea and will cause resentment and possible retaliation. Only the dark force of misery will implement a land grab law and unfair employment practice.
While under apartheid, it was the white farmers, who provided food for the masses while the government built decent schools, provided medical facilities and homes for many. Now under the rule of the masses, schools are ruined, there are no medical facilities and the homes are deteriorating to such an extreme that homeless people are perpetually wondering around looking for a place to stay. The massacre, torture and murder of white farmers have become a slow of genocide against the whites and worst of all; food production is at an all-time low. Who is going to feed the population, imports will grow and income will decrease? Loss of taxation from exports, again the government is on the losing side.

Well done South Africa, you have shown the world what a corrupt evil government can do. While the devil might still be urging you to steal, murder and wipe out the minority. Carry on; the power of God Most High will still conquer all the evilness you have raised. As long as the white minority have a moral standing with God and obey His word, the power of light will overcome the dark force of evil.

NO AMOUNT OF MONEY IN THE WORLD CAN CREATE THIS
