He lives
Your mind is your prison or your freedom. Whatever thoughts you allow to enter
your mind will determine the quality of your life. You choose what you want by the thoughts you
think. If you dwell on gloom and
negativity, that will surely have an impact on your life. Choose thoughts that are real and positive
and soon your life will benefit from the purity of your mind.
Remember Paul, who confined to four prisons
and with precarious physical conditions, yet he sang and always rejoiced in the Lord. He did not dwell on his misfortune and
experienced real joy even in those vexing
conditions.
The Lord is forever near. Be anxious
for nothing, but let your requests by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving
be known to the Lord.
Finally, remember the necessary instruction – Philippians 4:7-8
And things which are good, and pure, and perfect, and
lovely, and of good report, think on these things and the peace of God which
transcends all understanding shall keep your heart and mind in through Jesus
Christ.
