South Africa Farmers to Pay for Legal Expenses and a question about Mandela

I often receive emails from a concerned South African farmer  regarding issues affecting his farm and safety. Once again, he has raised a concern regarding the new land claims law signed into power by President Jacob Zuma.

Another issue he is raising, after following the history and timeline of Nelson Mandela and his date of death, according to several sources that he died in June 2013, together with his ancestral funeral. The twelve-month mourning period shortened to six months in this case. One has to wonder Peter read the new book released by Zelda La Grange and found some issues he wants clarity on and comments on some of the subject matters.

FARMERS AND NEW LAW

President Jacob Zuma signed into law on 30 June 2014, two new laws. Land Claims to be reopened and
Land Valuation Court to be created.
To contest a Land Claim and the value of the property involved, it means the farmer has to pay for his legal team's expenses.

By the time, the proceedings and court decision is made the farmer involved will not have much money left. He should have accepted the low price and saved himself all those other costs and time wasted.
You know what that means. Farmer loses everything. He lost his farm!
Did the farmer agree to those laws?

It is theft.

Farmers who read that book know that their farms will be taken away. They believe in that book and do all that is required, so they lose their farms and income.
Farmers who believe in restitution know that their children will suffer, suffer losses, yet the farmers go along and let it happen.

The only thing to do is to call the bluff and refuse to accept any offer, court summons and registered letters.
All this exercise coming from the ANC & SACP is a blatant lie and theft.

NELSON MANDELA SOME QUESTIONS

Zelda La Grange wrote and published her book, 'Good morning, Mr. Mandela.'
On page 324 she wrote, 'The last time I saw Madiba alive was on 11 July 2013...'
Then there is a void in the timeline in the book until 5 December 2013 when it was reported that Mandela died.

It was the 11 July 2013 that Mandela was buried at midnight in foothills of Giants Castle in the side of the
valley and his body wrapped in a leopard's skin.
Only members of the Central Committee of the South African Communist Party were present when Mandela was safely stowed.

In addition, Miss Zelda La Grange was present. That makes her also a member of the Central Committee.

Now she is with Mrs, Graca Machel. Also a Communist, campaigning in Africa for women's rights.

My thoughts on the above two issues -

I wonder who is right and who is wrong -

I Think it is a crime committed by the South African Government
to issue harsh laws against farmers.
Who will feed us???????????

As for Mandela, Peter you are probably right, his actual date of death is

surrounded  by mystery and  conspiracy...
