Foot and Mouth Disease (FMD) arrived in Camperdown, South Africa, in a somewhat strange way. It was a farmer who discovered the truth behind the catastrophe, which happened several years ago.
In September of 2000, the news headlines broadly outlined the Foot and Mouth Disease (FMD) outbreak at Camperdown, Nata, South Africa. The ruling party, the African National Congress (ANC), has issued a statement and announced that FMD had been located on a pig farm near Camperdown. They cited the cause of the disease as being from a ship which had entered the Durban Harbor. According to the law at that time, the port authorities had to accept the ship’s swill/galley waste. Portnet was employed to take the swill and destroy the waste, but this was not done. It was sold to agents who resold it to farmers, beginning the FMD outbreak.
A red circle was drawn around the area, and no cloven-hoofed animals were allowed to leave the marked circle. All animals within the red line were put down and destroyed. Unslaked lime, motor vehicle tires, and gasoline was used to burn the carcasses.
On about November of 2000, the state of emergency at Camperdown was ended. A large herd of cattle belonging to Africans was impounded inside of a camp to eventually be put down. At midnight, a certain Chief Mahlaba arranged for the transport of the cows. Half of the herd was loaded onto lorries and driven 200 km into Zululand. The other half was also loaded onto lorries, but driven 200 km into The Transkei.
Within a few weeks, all symptoms of infection in animals disappeared. The police and military that were in charge of state of emergency called the emergency off, which ended the Camperdown foot-and-mouth disease scare.
Years later, whilst standing in a long queue at a bank in Pietermaritzburg, South Africa, a farmer stood behind a well-built African male with a dark complexion. Four Asian men who apparently knew this man approached him, told him they knew the FMD story was a sham, and asked him to tell them the truth. In his own words, "We put it in. We put it into Camperdown, and we put it into England. We put it into England, and it spread extremely quickly. We are very pleased that it spread so quickly, quicker than what we expected. We put it into a flock of sheep. The farmer could be paid compensation for having his flock destroyed because of foot and mouth disease. He was paid £200 per sheep that is why the farmer spread it. A farmer got the saliva from an infected sheep, put that onto a handkerchief. Wrapped an apple with the handkerchief, and put that into a flock of sheep. The first sheep picked it up, tried to chew it, and then dropped it. The second sheep did the same and dropped it. Therefore, the whole herd did the same and all animals got infected. The disease started in the south and went up the west side on England." The conversation thus ended.
The man in the bank at that time was Dr. Eric Mtshali. He was based at the Allerton State Veterinary Department in Pietermaritzburg.
Based on the farmer's overheard conversation at the bank, foot and mouth disease was deliberately introduced to Camperdown, South Africa, and did not did not arrive in a ship's swill.

South Africa from Apartheid, to the Freemasons and the Continued Corruption
South Africa once the beloved country with potential for enormous success is no longer and is turning into a cesspool at a great speed and an arms dealer hits back at the security forces. None of the beautiful Constitutional guarantees is functioning anymore. South Africa has turned into Africa’s worst nightmare.
The leaders of South Arica are just stuffing their pockets, and do not consider the poor and the needy. It has all become a feeding frenzy in order to profit by way of stealing as much, as quickly as possible. The history reveals how British controlled this country since 1812, and the incalculable wealth reaped from South Africa, even until today. The British through the creation of the Freemasons and their Secret Service (MI6) had set out and is still controlling large vestiges of the RSA economy. There seems to be a distinctly unsavory relationship between these parties, a new form of economic colonization.
Apartheid during its heydays in the sixties was the place where one could obtain the biggest return on capital investment. The British benefited as a country and as individuals. They were adept at controlling the economic sphere in order to enrich themselves. They controlled the Afrikaner Broederbond, which stood under the control of the Freemasons. The South African government was saturated with Freemasons, a la the SA version, referred to as “goat riders”.
A large portion of the South African economic situation had been diverted to the UK; and the fact that several large corporations had shifted their Headquarters off shore to the UK. They could not crack the USA and had lost substantial sums of money on bogus investments in the USA. One of the largest South African banks belongs 51% to Barclays of the UK. This is the same Barclays, which has an agreement with the American Marine Corps to manage their funding, in exchange thereto that Barclays will not fund any other competing Arms Industry Company, thereby precluding the South African Arms Industry!
Does this surprise anybody that the British Arms Company(BAE) is indeed the world’s largest armaments company? Is there any connection between BAE and Barclays? One can but wonder. A nice method to sideline competition and to build the business.
In South Africa during the 2000’s some 320 Ratels (Infantry Fighting Vehicles) were exported to Jordan as a alleged government-to-government contract handled by The Virlean Initiative and Technology. Moeletsi Mbeki (brother of President Thabo Mbeki) was the Chairperson of the King Abdullah Design Bureau II in Jordan (KAD) and a business partner of Ivor Ischikowitz, the current MD of Paramount Logistics. The largest private South African Company in the Arms Industry. A close friend to Pik Botha, a former Minister of Foreign Affairs whose claim to fame that he was the longest serving Minister in this post in the world. In the investigation by First Consult, appointed by former Secretary of Defense, January Masilela, who was later assassinated due to a deal that went sour in the Central African Republic, it was established that not everything was genuine with this transaction.
The exported vehicles were refurbished in Jordan before being sold at an astronomical mark-up to the government. The vehicles were bought at a below scrap value, and the calculations showed that some USD 200-300 million was not repatriated to South Africa. Nothing ever came of this report, and it was shelved like everything else when dealing with corruption in South Africa. From this moment on Ichikowitz and Paramount became key players in the South African arms sector as well as in the African market. It is known that Paramount sold more than 150 Marauder Armed Protected Vehicles (APC’s) to Gabon. They have also been involved in building about 200 Marauders for the Singapore military, as well as in Azerbaijan.
However, the question is where did the missing millions go? Ishikowitz bought ATE (an established company in the aero industry). This company also housed a large number of Intellectual Property aspects relating to the South African Air Force. Today ATE has been absorbed into the Paramount Group, which surely would never had gotten so far if it was not for a cash injection, alleged from the Jordan transaction.
An aspect, which is particularly fascinating, is just how quickly these people get their National Conventional Arms Committee (NCACC) permits. The NCACC is a cabinet committee established under Act 41 of 2002 in order to regulate the arms industry pertaining to conventional weapons. This committee is a cabinet committee, which approves or declines permit applications related to this industry. The committee is supported by the Directorate Conventional Arms Control, referred to as the Secretariat. This secretariat falls under the Department of Defense and is responsible for the logistics support to the NCACC. Complaints had been doing the round for years that the NCACC and the DCAC are a hindrance to the industry and are in effect destroying jobs due to their prolonged delays and intimidation. Furthermore, the ministers on this committee are also eyeing and diverting any business their way once they have taken a fancy to any such business.
The fact of the matter is that not only have the SA Special Forces become a conduit in order to steal, not on a small scale, but rather unusually large scale. Allegations are that Jeff Radebe was an agent for the SA Special Forces against the ANC, pre 1994. It is fascinating to note that different Ministers in the RSA cabinet have a similar sordid past. The Civil Cooperation Bureau (CCB) who according to Wiki leaks, were the killers from apartheid, which were organized into killer squads. The majority of the members of these squads is still active today in the state structures. They seem to have cloaked themselves in a fatalistic attitude that because the government of the day is actively discriminating against whites that they will instead steal and in this process compromise hordes of blacks who end up doing their bidding.
This does not stand in isolation, it stems from the apartheid days whereby the National Party has been implicated in many such aspects. Indeed, there is nothing new under the sun!
Institutions that deserve to be scrutinized are the Reserve Bank, Armscor and Denel.
Armscor is the bankrupt procurement company for the military by means of legislation. However, everything is cloaked in secrecy at Armscor. In the First Consult investigation, the staff at Armscor refused to cooperate due to the supposed secrecy provisions. Armscor itself was also implicated in the CCB operations. Yet, until today, nobody has investigated this issue any further. According to Wiki leaks, only the Special Force operators are mentioned. The real culprits such as Armscor have not been touched. General Mojo Motau, the disgraced Chairperson of Armscor, whom single handily destroyed South Africa’s competence in the Defense Intelligence due to his incompetence.
Yet, due to him being politically well connected, nothing has happened to him so far. The Minister of Defense is currently trying to destroy Armscor from him, with little success so far, this is what happens when people’s hands tend not to be clean. Motau is also the person who allegedly gave instructions not to pay NGAM any outstanding moneys – a prime example of how Armscor is destroying business in the RSA for the benefit of some people’s pockets!!
This saga does not stop there. Armscor tends to rope in the Intelligence Services In order to create pressure so that they can steal and cloak themselves in legitimacy. In this regard, Armscor roped in the South African Revenue Services (SARS) and created false stories about Erasmus, his partners and the company.
SARS is acting like a Gestapo hit squad, everybody fears them. They abuse the law in order to hide the bankruptcy of the country. They literally steal money from peoples’ accounts based on the truth of their stories cloaked in legalese. The old CCB people and Special Forces use SARS as a willing tool in order to intimidate and to steal. They tend to invoke the secrecy provisions, which make prosecuting any illegal action in these quarters difficult. When referring matters to legal teams, it is most intriguing to mention the legal interaction between these legal teams and SARS. One gets the impression that SARS are acting as a pimp for these legal teams! SARS owes NGAM R1, 9 million in input Vat, yet they raise assessments based on fictitious amounts after there was long and extensive consultations between themselves and the Armscor cabal. They even have the audacity to claim that they are following the law. This is a real similar argument as what was raised in Nuremburg with the Nazis.
There is a clear line that can be drawn throughout all of these issues. The old CCB operatives are still in place, even if they have retired, such as a certain Herman Crause – the so-called creator of the fictitious right wing menace. These issues are blown up out of all proportion and then hung from the highest chapels. In addition, General Mark Hankel, the alleged MI6 agent and reputed handler of ex-President Thabo Mbeki, who claims smugly that he, was the creator of the Boeremag. All these alleged threats are mechanisms to intimidate the government and to ensure that funds are made available to be used in the pursuit of these right-wingers whilst actually ensuring that the alleged investigators live in luxury and are able to steal what does not belong to them.
They are assisted by a profoundly compromised Intelligence organization. The Director-General of the State Security Agency (SSA), which includes various Intelligence structures.
This only goes to determine how far the RSA government is on the road to self – destruction. Mandela’s dream is being ground under the heels of these people, playing into the hands of the foreign agencies in order to enrich themselves. There is no sense of civic duty. In this regard, the role of the SA Freemasons can never be underestimated! The British are extremely well entrenched in the RSA, it makes sense after all the time and effort they spent here. However, the fact that they lost control of the RSA when Mbeki was ousted was indeed a serious cause for alarm and re-strategizing. The Lords of London as it is referred to, a Masonic Lodge has been hell bent on enriching itself and its members. The latest has been that they had created a Masonic Lodge in the RSA called the House of the Black Princes! The clothing they wear in public seems to serve as identification by these people. In this regard, a black suit, white shirt and red tie seem to be the “uniform” for identification purposes. Even President Zuma has been spotted in this dress code It would make sense to rope in a serving Head of State, even if they would discard him later after he had lost his usefulness.
The fact is that the NCACC is clearly seen as a private members club in order to abuse the Law and to steal to the benefit of its members with people such as Vanessa Du Toit in her incompetence acting as the spearhead of these criminal actions. The Public Protector has been fatally flawed. Many instances have already been raised where her actions do not make sense at all in the realm of the prevailing legislation. In the issue of the Deputy President, Kgalema Motlanthe’s partner, being involved in discussions to sell helicopters to Iran against USA sanctions, the Public Protector found her innocent. This, despite the fact that she was present in meetings where these issues were discussed. The fact that she did not lead the discussions, due to her lack of understanding of the technical issues, does not mean that she was not a part of this planning process. This is the reasoning held forth by the Public Protector. It is abundantly clear that South Africa’s future is unusually cloudy at this stage. The dream of Mandela is busy sliding over the cliffs, along with the crazed pigs.

South Africa the Continuous Failing Defense Industry
South Africa is no exception and any democracy can only survive if it has a well-established and effective military force and the failing industry is a real threat to stability. The South African National Defense Force,(SANDF) is a small percentage of the USA Defense Force but with three times the amount of generals. A definite case of more chiefs than Indians!
Before the 1994, transition to democracy the SANDF was always a personal piggy bank. From the times when the Daphne submarines were built by Chantier Naval Atlantique from France when Portugal, South Africa and Pakistan were to be the cornerstone clients. This was all scuppered with the United Nations embargo against South Africa in respect of weapons.
It was most amusing to observe the silence from the side of the National Party (NP) during the time of the Arms deal Transaction disclosures. It was alleged that the spokesperson for the NP on Defense had his family involved in executing contracts for the military. He was apparently extremely sensitive to the fact that nay criticism handled by him would be construed as being negative by the African National Congress (ANC) Government and could lead to the cancellation of these contacts for his family!
In the New Generation Arms Management (NGAM) saga re the missing Dillon Mini-gun and other weapons, all the allegations raised by Vanessa Du Toit from the National Conventional Arms Control Committee (NCACC) are proven as false. Even in her own affidavits and documents, which she attached, proved her nasty slander. It is clear that it was her intention to malign Erasmus and NGAM. Erasmus had laid criminal charges against her as well as all the other persons so implicated. Erasmus is known as a no nonsense operator with a record of accomplishment remarkably few can match. He had pointed out how that the journalists had gone out of their way to slander him, especially journalists such as Erica Gibson from News 24 – an ex Military Intelligence Officer and Jacques Pauw, a vindictive person working for an Intelligence Operative by the name of George Darmanovitch who lives Johannesburg.
For the South African Special Forces (SASF), despite numerous attempts at sabotage from and Armscor and SASF, he and his black partners delivered. However, there is still a serious issue at play until today as Armscor still owes NGAM a substantial amount, and they are continuing to defer this payment now for a period of two years. It would seem as if Erasmus and NGAM are being punished for delivering despite all the odds and sabotage they had to endure.
When Armscor and SASF could not succeed in destroying this company, they linked them to the Boeremag, a fictitious organisation created by the South African Police Service’s (SAPS) own Crime Intelligence division (CI). Erasmus views this as a weighty insult and is pursuing this issue as the originators of this nonsense is nothing else but low life criminals in his views. This issue will be addressed in a further article as to the threat against democracy as to the lack of the SAPS fulfilling their mandate. This is not the only debacle, the SASF management and Armscor had given to The SA Revenue Service (SARS) a totally fabricated story about false income Erasmus and NGAM had received. SARS dutifully raised a incorrect assessment and claimed funds from NGAM and Erasmus. Money that was never received and therefore the claim is not justified. In this regard, SARS is relying on draconian tax legislation. Erasmus is not taking this lying down and has lodged criminal charges against all these parties including SARS on behalf of himself, NGAM and his partners.
The SANDF is a hot spot of considerable corruption. Erasmus is intensely pragmatic about it and said that one cannot be a Don Quichote in charging windmills but one have to deal with reality and tack one’s sails against the wind.
Relating to this incident, Erasmus referred to a company called Unionlet, a British registered arms company, operating out of Dubai. This company also holds the FN representation from Belgium, (Fabrique Nationale who manufactures high quality weapons). While South Africa was the largest user of such FN rifles is most curious! In conversations with the Office for Serious Economic Offences (OSEO) based in United Kingdom about the supply of weaponry by Unionlet to SASF at nearly double the going prices, it was surprising to note that the OSEO was extremely reluctant to delve into this company. The question was asked as to whether this company was either a front for the British MI6 or just working closely. (MI6 = the British Foreign Intelligence Service also known as the Secret Service). No answer was forthcoming. In the book, The Shadow World, by Andrew Feinstein about the Arms Trade, there is a great deal about the role of OSEO and their investigations into British companies in the defense industry.
In the South Africa, Act 41 of 2002 regulates the Defense Industry. Through this Act, various origins of the State must regulate the industry. The National Conventional Arms Control Committee (NCACC) and the Directorate Conventional Arms Control (DCAC) are part of this structure.
The NCACC is a Cabinet committee chaired by Minister Jeff Radebe, Minister of Justice and an alleged an opponent to President Jacob Zuma with smoldering presidential aspirations. Dumisane Dladla, a relatively young man who sits in a Chief Director’s position in the Department of Defense, is running the DCAC. The DCAC falls under Secretary of Defense. There is considerable frustration in the industry as permits are delayed; and companies find themselves not being able to deliver timorously of foreign contracts.
During December 2013, a company was required to export Armored Personnel Carriers (APC’s) to an African customer by air. Their permits were delayed for almost the better part of a year. In December, their permits came through, and they had to meet with Vanessa Du Toit at the NCACC in this regard. Allegedly, the meeting was to take place on a Friday. The company’s representative arrived punctually for the meeting with Du Toit whence he was informed that she had gone to fetch her brand new government subsidized vehicle. The personal delay by employees of NCACC while the planes were on standby at a local airport, an expensive exercise. The company approached the North Gauteng High Court in Pretoria on an urgent basis, and they were granted an order whereby the NCACC was compelled to provide the relevant export permits. This was done on a Saturday with the goods flying the Sunday.
Pretoria Metal Pressings (PMP) is a Division of Denel (The state owned armaments manufacturing company). PMP’s CEO is Phaladi Phetje, and its Business Development Manage is Victor Khasapane. Tony Neophyto, a brilliant weapons designer, developed a rifle called the Neopup. The Neopup is a shotgun on steroids as it fires six rounds in 20x42 mm. This calibre was specifically developed by PMP based upon Neophyto’s design. Fats Lazarides, owner of the Ocean Basket chain of restaurants, bedeviled the marketing of the weapon. Lazarides is the culprit in this scheme that went bankrupt. Apparently, Phetje is a five percent shareholder in the company Neopup (Pty) Ltd, despite him earning a salary from the state at PMP. There was also an agreement between Phetje on behalf of PMP that Neopup would garner a commission on all ammunition sales from PMP in this regard. However, due to Lazarides, as a fish and chips man, underestimating the costs of such a venture, the venture grounded to a halt due to his refusal to pump more money into it. Meanwhile, PMP had sold three of these weapons to the USA. They were now stuck with an order and no manufacturer. In this regard, they approached engineering firms in and around Pretoria to manufacture these weapons. However admirable the engineering firms are they apparently are not accredited with the NCACC. The same NCACC whose Vanessa Du Toit raised false affidavits against NGAM and Erasmus.
PMP was also mentioned in the First Consult (a company delving into the arms abuse in South Africa) report into irregularities in 2005. In this article NGAM and NGA, the company of Ivan Monsieur who was assassinated in 2009, they complained about the export of seventy million rounds of redundant ammunition to Industriepark Spreewerk Lubben Germany. There were substantial irregularities in this contract, and the then Minister of Defense, Terror Lekota’s name was mentioned. Lekota was always a Thabo Mbeki ally and is currently the leader of one of the struggling opposition parties, The Congress of the People (COPE).
Smuts Ngonyama is also a member of this party. He is known as one whilst still part of the ANC (The Ruling Party) when he garnered R 120 million income out of the Telkom privatization, he stated, “I did not join the struggle to become poor.”
In the First Consult report, the issue was that it was a reputed government-to-government contract between Jordan and the RSA. The question is as to whether the Cabinet at the time even knew about it! Yet, another government-to-government contract has now become known. This time between the RSA and Senegal.
The main player in this issue is Francis Brand from OSPREA (Pty) Ltd. In this regard, OSPREA is to be involved in supplying the Senegalese with some 28 Rooikat (Lynx) Tank killers.
The Rooikat is a superb vehicle except that it suffers from a lack of support due to its advanced electronics. It is also fitted with a 76 mm gun where the round fired, travels at a rate of 1 600 per second. With a tracer, one can see the round over a 2000m distance, as a blink – that is how fast it is! Oto Melara from Italy as a naval gun originally built the gun. The gun cannot shoot straight, in this regard; Denel compiled a report around 2003 for Armscor into the problem and on how to solve it. Until today, Armscor had shelved this report. The function of this gun from its design was never to shoot straight, and it was to be used on the sea in an anti-aircraft role.
OSPREA has now managed to sell this Rooikat via an alleged government-to-government contract to the Senegalese who clearly have no clue as to what they are in for!
The sordid saga continues, whenever and wherever there is a connection with the SANDF, there is always something unexpected. As a Defense Force, the SANDF is a disgrace to all South Africans, except perhaps for those few who are retiring as billionaires (on a state salary). The South African Defense companies continue to fail the democracy of the country.

The Forceful Brutality of the South African Police Services
During the past several years, the South African Police Services have used forceful brutality and render a fearful disposition. The injustices caused from the cruel actions of police officers reveal a daunting outline for a new democracy.
More civilians have died in police custody or shoot outs in the past five years than ever before. The rise in the brutal behaviour of the police escalates at alarming rates.
On January 8, 2014, a Gauteng police officer was arrested for driving a stolen car. He was apprehended at a roadblock, and the arresting traffic officer said that he would arrest anybody, irrespective of whom they were if they crossed the wrong side of the law.
This is one of the rare instances when justice works. The officer was doing his job diligently.
On Monday January 6, the police and protestors faced a standoff when residents of Kagiso, on the West Rand protested against the opencast mining in that area.
The residents would barricade the road with burning tyres. Throw stones at the police officers who would retaliate with firing rounds of rubber bullets.
This little incident continued for three days with no resolve insight. The tense police officers would sometime ride through the barricades at a high speed to try and disperse the rioters, who in turn continued to throw stones at the police. The police verses residents continued for an entire afternoon, with residents putting large blocks of concrete in the road. The police could not move through the large concrete slabs which had to be removed physically.
Rather intriguing is the reality of the police shielding gangsters. Apparently during December 2013, an incident of taxi violence occurred and resulted in the death of two taxi bosses and a 15 year old. The perpetrators were never arrested.
While the forceful brutality continues to escalate, The Hawks (South Africa's new Directorate for Priority Crime Investigation) have revealed that seven men accused of violence and murders have possibly been shielded by police officers and a prosecutor. It appears that there is no formal investigation into this case. The Hawks have arrested the primary key player, and this followed the arrest of another three men who allegedly attempted to assassinate witnesses. They have recovered a car and a gun used to commit the murders.

South Africa - Microwave weapon a new threat to Farmers
Hello Everybody,
South Africa - Microwave weapon a new threat to Farmers
Microwave Weapons known as high-energy radio frequency (HERF) weapons are the new threat to farmers and their animals in South Africa. Farmers in the Natal Midlands, who are experiencing new crises, have spoken about the new problem they are charged with. The farmers insist on remaining anonymous for fear of retaliation.
The microwave weapon, or HERF is a direct energy weapon used against micro-electronics and fuel vapor. The technology required to create these weapons is inexpensive and generally easy to construct.

Link to Guardian LV article – Microwave Weapons a new Threat to South African Farmers
Since the publication of this story, I received a few emails from people and found the following story worth sharing. This is from a South African farmer.
I am an experienced and careful driver. Twice I found myself driving in the wrong direction on a busy road. This was brought about from a device aimed at me to cause disorientation. I did not crash.
I have never fainted in my life. Thrice in the last 5 years, someone was aiming the same instrument at me while I was outside the back door of my house and knocked me down. I had to rush indoors, barely able to make it to get inside. Bushes are 20 meters away, where the perpetrators were hiding.
Africans who were involved in violent riots in South Africa during the 1980s complained that the police and military used devices against them, which made them either too violent or more passive. They did not like this treatment. They saw a car arrive, pointing a device at them, and the adverse effects were felt immediately.
I have lost two friends from plane crashes. Two separate occasions, within a minute of taking off plane crashed to the ground bursting into flames.
The first was a highly experienced pilot. He was South African body building champion in the early 1960s, and took up flying as a hobby and passion. He built his own planes. The one that crashed was not home made.
The second was a young girl who was a passenger in a newly bought plane. Pilot also experienced.
Experienced drivers on the national roads suddenly crash their cars for no reason. They have no idea what happened to them. Some people have called it 'sudden panic disorder'. It is more than that as they did not have a history of this condition. Some died on impact, other survived.
These devices are used worldwide and have never they been exposed in any court in the world.
It is time someone expose this in an open court.
Well that is the story and we all know how serious the farm attacks are in South Africa. It is a slow genocide of the Afrikaner.
Best regards
Laura
