South African Farmer – Do not trust the Police and the Politicians

Who is behind the farm attacks in South Africa? Is there a clear indication of stopping this onslaught against farmers? A South African Farmer shares his views on the farm attacks happening around the country and gives some riveting information about the South African situation today.

The (Natal) Mercury, 7 January 2015, page 3, shows a picture of Cyril Xaba visiting Ruth Green whose husband Malcolm Green was murdered on his farm near Estcourt on 5 January 2015.

Xaba said they would work hard to catch those who did the killing.

Both Xaba and police were those who planned Malcolm's murder!

Police officers Jaco Sherman, Frik Steenberg and Dannie Binnemann plus others plan and carry out all farm attacks across South Africa. 

They find out what crops and animals each farmer have. Who works for the farmer? Names of family and business connections are known. All cell phones, land lines, and communications are monitored. Then plan an attack. These attacks done by police happened even during the 1980s unrest. Dannie Binnemann told Robert McBride to bomb Magoo's bar killing cops. Robert McBride was let off been hanged; now he is a police commissioner.

Chief perpetrator is usually spirited away to places like Lesotho and never stands trial. Some are caught and stand trial and go to jail.

Those, who witness the attacks, cannot always identify all the attackers.

For example, when testifying in court, the primary witness will say, "There were six attackers and now only three are standing trial. . . They were wearing balaclavas. . ."

The 1961 National Party had a Land Plan for South Africa.

Just before Mandela was arrested, Hendrik van den Bergh gave the American CIA the South African Land Plan in exchange for Mandela's where-about. Mandela was arrested at Groutville near Stanger, not near Lions River or in a railway carriage.

The Oppenheimer's wanted to take over this land plan for themselves, but they did not like the ANC for its nationalization policy.

So now, we have the ANC in power and land transformation is on the cards.

Serious problems have arisen for land transformation, so the alternative is to kill farmers one by one to get them off the land.

The America chemical and agriculture companies, such as Monsanto, want the agriculture land. The Chinese wants the towns and cities and the oil.

This was agreed on at the December 1975 Peking meeting with US President Gerald Ford, Dr. Henry Kissinger, George H Bush and the Chinese delegation.

In addition, Mandela has been buried at Giants Castle, which is only a few miles from Estcourt and Mooi River.

Farmers are usually too busy to look after their safety so they are vulnerable to being murdered. To be safe there has to be armed guard 7/24/365. Who can afford that? Who cannot afford security? The price is too high not to be protected. I realize that Malcolm Green did have his security guards.

Farmers also need to know they cannot trust the police. Nor the politicians.

Ruth Green should have told the Xaba delegation to get off her farm and not cry crocodile tears. It is cheaper to undermine a farm first than it is to pay the price the farmer wants. In addition, once a farm is sold, the farmer will still be attacked and killed. It happens all the time!

For those who want Land Transformation, better be warned, America and China will be living here within the next ten years, and not the blacks who overgraze and plough up and down hill causing erosion.

No one is safe.

Agreeing to leave a farm, or having left a farm, for security reasons DOES NOT ensure one's safety. It makes insecurity worse. Many killings happen after farmer decides to leave.

The land expropriation, land grab, and land reform are enormous problems currently for South Africa and, according to President Jacob Zuma, will become a top priority for government. The ruling African National Congress (ANC) party, under the leadership of Jacob Zuma, has stated that new acts in combination with the Constitution will be implemented. The land reform will be attended to urgently in a bid to end the unjust frustration of millions of people in South Africa.

The added problem of manipulation by officials is underestimated due to the lack of controlling the system.
A proposal in the restitution of land rights amended bill to open the land claim process for another five years is likely to be stacked with problems for the Commission for the Restitution of Land Rights (CRLR). There appears to be an absence of operating procedures and a lack of electronic equipment for the department to capture new land claims.

There is towering confusion regarding the new land claim act and a statement by Zuma that the restitution law would be amended to allow people placed in a disposed position before 1913 to lodge a claim. MP Bantu Holomisa of the United Democratic Movement (UDM) asked that clarity on this matter be defined.
Massive land claims are to be lodged by the Zulu King, Goodwill Zwelithini, and traditional leaders. Tribal land in Kwa-Zulu-Natal, South Africa, is managed by The Ingonyama Trust on behalf of communities. Both the king and Trust are to lodge a claim spanning back to the 18th century. Although currently only land taken since 1913 could be claimed. The indication of this massive claim would incorporate land in KwaZulu-Natal, the Free State and Eastern Cape making this exceptionally the largest land claim in the country.

The Constitution of South Africa clearly states that no land claim dispossessed prior to 1913 would be allowed. In the event of the Zulu King and Trust lodging, a claim dating back to the 1800s this would be rejected unless the ANC government amends the Constitution of South Africa.
As the land claim procedure heats up, President Zuma’s nephew launched a claim that will affect over 60 farms in the Natal Midlands area of South Africa. Inkosi Simpiwe Zuma rejected the idea of any dispute around the land claim and said it would be an enormous claim.

 Many are wondering if  Zuma signed the extension of land claim bill for the noble causes of the people or for other reasons. Prevailing opinion is that one injustice does not correct another injustice.

According to Zuma, the tribal land will become communal land controlled by a chief who will have full dominion over the land. The massive land claims by the Zulu king and tribal leaders in South Africa will ensure that Zuma will inevitably stay in power and manipulate the masses into believing they are the rightful owners of the land. The new owned tribal land can be likened to a communist system with a commissar in charge.

South Africa: ANC to Crush Corruption According to President Zuma

The African National Congress (ANC) government of South Africa will crush corruption, according to President Jacob Zuma. The President said corruption was cancer and had no place within the ANC government or in society. This was said in a statement issued by Zuma last year in June when the Buffalo City Mayor Zukiswa Ncitha and five other officials were facing charges of fraud, corruption and money laundering, involving the Nelson Mandela Memorial service.

The ANC party set up an integrity commission in 2012 to act against members and leaders accused of wrongdoing, with or without a court conviction. Court procedures could take years to finalize and the need to take immediate action was paramount to stop the ANC’s reputation from sustaining further damage.
It is the poorest of the poor that are the real victims of corruption within government structures and an additional burden on taxpayers. The ANC has come to realize that dealing with the perception can be as important as dealing with reality when fighting corruption.


The tough stance Zuma took on corruption at the birthday bash is a sober departure from prior years. As Vice President of South Africa, Zuma was charged with over 700 counts of fraud and corruption, and ANC loyalists insisted that “innocent until proven guilty” was the norm during those years. Zuma has been at the helm of a continual source of allegations, including the Nkandla scandal, yet has survived the onslaught.

This being the case, many are asking if the legitimacy of structures will be disrupted as the integrity commission follows the Judiciary and Public Protector findings. The integrity committee will ask tough questions and follow the correct procedures to eliminate corruption within government departments. The question is whether the ANC will recognize and allow the deep probing that could lead to several people being charged or butt in and dissolve the legal structures to conceal the truth.

 The marvelous speech by Zuma concerning corruption and the effective manner the ANC plan to eradicate the damage could prove to be another dividing charade.

South Africa ANC Party Celebrate 103 Years of Struggle

Cape Town, South Africa hosted the 103rd Birthday celebration of the African National Congress (ANC) on Saturday, and President Jacob Zuma emphasized the historical struggle for liberty. Zuma likened the ANC party progress to that of a good wine, getting better with age. A series of mini celebrations around the Cape Town area, were held prior to the grand finale party where 60,000 people were expected to attend.
Delivering a provocative 23-page speech, Zuma told the enthusiastic crowd the ANC party would always remain a strong party, based on the historical formidable ancestry. Zuma was not short on praises for the ANC party and boasted that the party was the only political party with sound policies. Zuma said people never learn and leave the ANC to form political parties that fall apart swiftly.

Supporters from all around South Africa were brought to the mother city of Cape Town for the birthday bash. Zuma along with other leaders commented that Western Cape was ruled by the wrong people and vowed to reclaim this province. Blade Nzimande claimed the Western Cape remained defenders of minority power.

Taking a swipe at opposition parties, especially the Democratic Alliance (DA), the governing party of the Western Cape, Zuma said the plight of black people was ignored. Referencing this remark on predominate white and colored areas, as opposed to the townships and Cape Flats where poverty remained a problem. President Zuma appeared confident that the ANC will reclaim the Western Province from the DA party, in the 2016 municipal elections, paving a way to win an overall majority in the next national election of South Africa.

Zuma promised to take the ANC party back to its core values, the basics, and good governance as set out in the Freedom Charter, adopted by the people of Kliptown in June 1955. The Freedom Charter declares that the people govern South Africa and the country belongs to all the people. It also stresses equal rights and a share of the country’s wealth, as well as agreement to share the land.

The promises of the 1994 ANC manifesto have not been adhered to over the last 20 years. The rapid decline of service deliveries, deteriorating infrastructure, and high rise in crime tell a different story about South Africa. It is gratifying to hear President Zuma state that the ANC government will move forward with good governance, removing corruption, and unite South Africa as a real democratic country.

SOUTH AFRICA: A FAILED STATE: VARIOUS SITUATIONS: PART II

South Africa is a very hazardous placed to live in. 

Everything hinges on money, money, money and more money.

Gaddafi’s money had gone missing in South Africa. Was it the government?  

Everything points to those who joined the struggle in order not to be poor.

This is on record and everywhere one turns it is just about the money. The Zuma’s appear to be involved with everything happening in South Africa. The past failures and continuous troubles have led the general public to believe this, whether or not, it would seem so. When Max Du Preez, the journalist who is well known for writing about issues which whilst correct and right, is not always so palatable to the ruling corrupt.

In an attack on Du Preez, after he called “Zuma a one-man wrecking ball,” it is interesting to note that the attack was not led by Zuma himself but by the “Presidency.” Who is the Presidency? Is it the criminal element that had ensconced around Pres Zuma? It is the general appearance of how the government shifts.

Pres Zuma and his family are involved in everything, E-tolling, with the infamous GUPTA family, these are the same people who are involved via Zuma’s son Duduzane in any and all future nuclear energy projects. Is it true that Zuma is also participating in the Louisiana project of SASOL for the extraction of oil from shale? This project is also way over budget! There are many examples of where the Zuma’s and the Guptas are involved. Unfortunately, they are only succeeding in destroying South Africa!

Under the pathetic leadership, ESKOM has built two PowerStation’s, Medupi and Kusile. These PowerStation’s are way over budget and are indeed the most expensive PowerStation’s of this kind in the world. Yet, Pres Zuma takes to the world stage, as an ostensible leader, despite these absolute failures, there is nobody that can incriminate the president or take a strike at the disgraceful leadership. Zuma has the protection of the entire ANC party, besides other favored people. Undeniably, a “wrecking ball” it must be the ancestry magic that gives so much shelter.

Zuma appoints women to various positions and the laws are changed so that only the president can appoint or replace persons in these posts, irrespective of their qualifications or progress. A case in point is the appointment of Ellen Tshabala, the former Chairperson of the SABC. The local newspapers had put it so quaint- she was intimate with the President, i.e. she opened her legs for him! After being exposed as the fraud she was, at long last fell on her Okapi (a cheap French knife, favored in the townships). The current Chairperson at the SAA as well. Also, a woman who is close to Zuma.

What happened to democracy?

Where are the custodians of the Constitution? The Office of the Auditor General seems to be scraping around on the surface of what is going on. This is a body put into place under the Constitution of the RSA.   

This entity functions through consultants, which are appointed to do audits on their behalf. In the Military and Security sphere, it works via the Office of the Inspector General. Yet, again, nobody seems to want to find the correct answers. The Military and Security establishment appears to spin out of control under Pres Zuma.

The Secretary of Defense, Dr Sam Gulube has been appointed by Zuma. The Deputy Director General of Defense has been appointed by Zuma. Zwelakhe

Ntsepe at DENEL has been alleged is Zuma’s man who has to look after Zuma’s interests. In all of these instances, people are quick to tell you that they fear for their lives if they do not toe the line! Incredible! Yet in the last three weeks an employee in the Presidency was murdered who was allegedly involved in investigating certain irregularities!

The National Conventional Arms Control Committee (NCACC) is nothing else, but an organized criminal minded committee that is looking to steal. The Ministers who sits on this committee apparently have all been implicated one way or the other in illegalities. The Chairperson, Mr. Jeff Radebe, who actually wants to become the next President, had been involved in property irregularities at the City of Johannesburg Municipality. Involved in these transactions is a certain Zunaid Moti. In an expose done by Carte Blanche it was said by one of the culprits that Jeff Radebe was his partner in these irregularities. In this regard, the intrepid George Mazarakis, who was implicated in the illegal transfer of funds, ensured that these allegations were not aired. This is a typical example of how the press is controlled for the benefit of individual criminals.

Genl Sibiya, the Commander of the HAWKS in Gauteng, has been implicated in all these dealings. It is clear that he had failed to exercise his mandated responsibilities in this regard. Now he is suspended along with the Head of the HAWKS, Anwar Dramat. Both men had claimed in their defense that they had not been given a fair opportunity to state their case. While they had been at the forefront of actions against innocent peoples who have not been afforded any such opportunity and whose businesses certain criminals had set out to steal. In this regard, it must be pointed out that they were only but tools in the system, which was being abused. However, they are not brainless idiots, although sometimes one must wonder as they are earning massive salaries. They should, therefore, be able to stand up, state that when there is a travesty that it is so and rectify it. They did not do it. Pressing criminal charges against them is a waste of time, as they cannot even investigate the issues so glaringly in the news every day. Is it because there is too much foreign influence?

Take the case of Genl Mark Hankel. He was directly involved in the rendering of people. He is also allegedly the architect of the “Boeremag “issues. The state resources had apparently been abused in order to entrap people who should have packed their bags and absconded. The Courts, the Justice system, everything in the state had been abused in order to create jobs at astronomical salaries for this group of villains.

Spy satellites, listening devices and programs, due to the nature thereof, remain very difficult to prove that it is actually happening. However, these gangsters are using the state’s resources to intercept business communications and to target entities and people. Due to the fact that these operations are of a technological magnitude, any allegations of this being effected without a court order are denied. Some of the sources reporting in this had actually confirmed that they had been present when these systems had been operational!

It is clear that President Zuma is targeted as the source of all evil. This is indeed very unfair, although the networks surrounding him had been feeding of his shenanigans and actually become a bigger threat than Zuma himself. Zuma is clearly very perturbed by the fact that at the time of his departure as President, he and his villainous clan will be prosecuted – in his case more than 700 charges of fraud and counting! Why should he not be prosecuted at the International Criminal Court (ICC) IRO of the disappearance of the Gaddafi moneys? How much? More than USD 700 billion, i.e. 700 000 000 000.00! More than a trillion dollars? Over a period, it could be much, much more. Then Thabo Mbeki, the MI6 spy, must also be charged. Who else? The bulk of the ANC? It is not the RSA government, it is the ANC, all those who had trained at the London School of Economics. In addition, how attractive that they later on had become one or other licensee at the University de Montfort. The answers to the issue of the Gaddafi moneys lie most definitely in this realm.

Whilst the British are indeed the most involved in all these issue, one must not forget that the French is also

somewhere involved. It was the former French President, Sarkouzy, who pushed for the death of Gaddafi. Is it true that there is a video with a French Arms Dealer showing Gaddafi shagging Sarkouzy’s first wife?  

Thabo Mbeki is alleged to be involved with ARIVA, the French nuclear company.  

This is also allegedly the background to the death of January Masilela in respect of a deal that went sour in the Central African Republique re nuclear concessions and moneys which had gone missing. 

This week we had seen the killing of 12 people in Paris, France by allegedly Al Qaeda operatives. This is indeed a very dangerous precedent. What will happen in the rest of the European capitals? One aspect that stands out and that is the fact that one should show respect for religion. In this regard, tragically, the French have not demonstrated such. Not only for Islam, but also for Christianity.

Radicalism will always latch onto this type of excuse in order to sow their brand of hatred and violence. Therefore, not only must the fight be against such, but also against those who lack the respect so due!

The world calls the killers TERRORISTS, and when the ANC under the leadership of Nelson Mandela exercised savage attacks against innocent people of South Africa, the world called them FREEDOM FIGHTERS.
