Every picture tells a story, and under the African National Congress (ANC) South Africa is becoming a real riches to rags story.

 

 

Zimbabwe is destroyed and now they are ruining South Africa. Soon, there will be nothing left to destroy. The people will only have themselves to blame. Yet like little children they will never take responsibility for their actions.

 

 

Singing songs of destruction, the mindless do not stop and eventually they will have nothing left. They will live a life of abject poverty.

Your guess is as good as mine.

It appears that South Africa is about the most dangerous place you can be outside a war zone. What’s more worrying is the chance that it might become a war zone. Nelson Mandela was able to hold the “rainbow nation” together, but he’s passed on. Now, according to the human-rights organization Genocide Watch, South Africa is at pre-genocide stage 6 of 8:

South Africa Ruthless Murders Do Not Stop
Do these attackers hunger for freedom or do they hunger for rape and blood? Thousands of people died in conflicting tribal wars during the 1980’s. A parallel between those and the current wave of ruthless murders, including the recent xenophobic attacks in South Africa are striking. Another South African story about corruption

Based on the Dolus reconcilis clause.

A fraudulent address or trick used to deceive someone.

Chapter I.

It was on SAfm (A local radio station)a few weeks back.

 A black coal merchant was at his site when approached by two armed would-be criminals.

The coal merchant shot one dead at the site.
Police arrested the other. The suspect was charged with murder and was found guilty of murder. The case went to the Bloemfontein Appeal Court. The conviction and sentence were upheld Dolus reconcilis. The accused could foresee that his friend would be killed if they approached the coal merchant with handguns, and the merchant was known to be armed and ready to defend himself in the case of armed attack. The coal merchant was not charged.

The accused reconciled to the fact that secondary consequences would happen.

Chapter II.

1994. The municipality on Klipfontein was handed over to the new ANC government. The books were in good condition. With a population of 500 000 the yearly turnover, according to the annual balance sheet, was R10 million. All roads, hospitals, schools, government buildings, etc. were in good condition.

Now the ANC-owned Klipfontein (Klipfontein is a town in Nkangala District Municipality in the Mpumalanga province of South Africa.) said that the ANC would rule until Jesus came back.

I am NOT mentioning inflation nor race, as this upsets what I say here.(There is no inflation in this article.)

In Klippiesfontein, the outgoing councilors in 1994 had been paid R100 000 per year and the residence paid reasonable amounts in rates to the municipality.

2015 now the councilors were paid R250 000 per year, rates to the middle class were increased by the municipality by 200% since 1994, and the price of land went up in the upper-class suburb. Therefore, the municipality increased rates by 500% since 1994. 

Most at both places had to sell, and so the lower classes could move into a higher-class suburb. The councilors are even subsidized this process. In other words, those from the previously disadvantaged did not pay, or paid rates but this was repaid back to them when they "bought" a house.

Councilors did not actually pay rates when things were added up, nor did the previously disadvantaged.

Suddenly all roads, hospitals, schools, government building were in appalling condition. The councilors' private houses, cars, and private schools were in excellent condition. Their children were even accepted at Yale University in the United States.

Suddenly there were outbreaks of ADS/HIV, Ebola, TB. Lung infections in the rest of the town. Also, fatal minibus crashes happened daily due the potholes in the poorly kept roads. Furthermore, school marks went down, and many teachers were found to be bribed to increase scores. Monies are coming from individual councilors. Traffic fines were unpaid.

The only solution is to charge all municipal councilors, who increased their personal salaries, with criminal charges. Dolus reconcilis. As they could foresee by increasing their salaries, this would lead to the deaths of many and destruction of Klipfontein.

South Africa Social Media Twits

Twits on social media are causing upheaval by posting the controversial and sensitive slogan.

Kill the Boer, Kill the farmer# one-settler one bullet, one bullet one settler.

In my opinion, it is inciting racial hatred and a deep desire to stir up dissension. People who cannot let go of the past and move forward. The song “Kill the Boer” was sung by the president of the African National Congress (ANC) Jacob Zuma, Julius Malema and others who have considered that there was nothing wrong with the words, it's just a chant, a song.

Using a platform and chanting those words to millions of uneducated, frustrated and often disillusioned people is dangerous. There are a history and many documented articles regarding “Kill the Boer” song. Court cases and apologies, however, this constitutes Hate Speech.

My question regarding the renewal of chanting this slogan, is whether the people, including leaders, use this to cover up the critical problems and failure to address the pressing issues of corruption, crime, failing education and medical infrastructures.  It is obvious that the hatred can be attributed to a racial basis, and politicians or populists alike will exploit these sensitive issues for their own ends.

South Africans are generally not stupid people yet open to manipulation. The majority have a staunch support of the ANC organisation yet would support any organisation that held their objections at heart. Right now it is the ANC that holds the objectives of the people and even though Malema joins the manipulation, trying to exploit the crowds, it is the sensitive ones who do not stop the unnecessary hate speech. Rather they sing along, agreeing that there is a need for change, not necessarily agreeing with the chant. It is by stopping the song completely that more credence is given to Malema and ilk who would probably say, “see they are still stuck in the past.”

If the ANC, Malema and others claim a right to sing this song based on the history and heritage, then I would like to know why they are in the process of destroying our history and heritage with name changes, and pulling down of statues. I believe the Afrikaans people do not find the song, hurtful, but rather find the song as a matter of incitement to commit violence against the Afrikaner.

A judge has ruled that the phrase “shoot the boer” amounts to hate speech, and so it is now illegal to chant the song. The ANC, who complained that the judge did not approach them for historical context, may take the case on appeal? Of course, there is a context to the song that the ANC is not admitting. Zuma wants smarter citizens

 I read the article and can honestly say, that what South Africa needs is  a smarter president.  Perhaps Zuma should go back to school and lead by example. How can we believe? Education is the process of facilitating learning.

The Education system in South Africa is the worst in the world, and there is no hope for future generations receiving a decent education under the current government. The rapid decline and almost non-existent learning process for school children get worse each passing year. The government does inject a lot of funds into providing a solid education, but there are astounding results of complete failure.

A ten percent mathematics pass rate for a Grade nine learner is proof that the education system is a failed system. The education standards are so low that intelligence is driven out, rewarding the stupid beyond abilities achieved much like a communist state.

The Global Information Technology Report 2014, published by the World Economic Forum (WEF) ranked South Africa’s science and mathematics education quality as the worst in the world. The general education quality was ranked at number 146 out of 148 countries. With a ranking this devastating there is no beacon of light on the dark continent.

 SA wants smarter citizens in the future, says Zuma

JOHANNESBURG - President Jacob Zuma said that Operation Phakisa (the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in Education) will assist the country to have smart citizens in the future.
“We want to have smart citizens in the future,” Zuma said.
ICT has made strides in leveraging education to strengthen learning, Zuma said. He said 49 percent of schools in the country are reported to have access to connectivity.
Zuma said that there were established, dedicated educational television channels that would benefit students as well as teachers.

“We must admit that we have not taken full advantage of what ICT can give us to achieve the benefits it brings into teaching and learning,” Zuma said.

“Unfortunately the pace has been slow and inadequate.”

Zuma added that devices alone would not improve learning.
“It is the manner that the tools are used through teaching and learning.”
Pupils will now be able to access resources to reach the requirements of the curriculum, Zuma said.
“Specialised resources will be given to disabled students.
"Teachers will be able to engage in online programmes to enhance their knowledge and deliver to students,” he said.
Zuma believed the outcome of ICT would renew passion for teaching and called for the private sector to assist to ensure sustainability.
He said that the presidency would monitor the programme in order to ensure that it is successful.
“Education enables people to move forward.”
Zuma said that countries that did not focus on education were left behind.
“Nations invested in education will always succeed and find a prosperous future,” he said.
“Teachers build the nation by educating young people. We cannot fail with Operation Phakisa.”

My opinion on the recent African National Congress (ANC)  Press release - WOW voters have unshakable confidence in the ruling party ............. So I presume, corruption, crime, service delivery protests etc. really do not bother the people.

I bet the ANC are going to make a noise about this one and brainwash the people about their brilliant leadership.................. Stupidity - a lack of intelligence.

ANC wins DA and IFP wards in by-elections

The African National Congress welcomes the results of the by-elections held yesterday Wednesday, 30 September 2015. The by-elections were held in 11 wards in 4 provinces; Eastern Cape, KwaZulu Natal, Limpopo, and the Western Cape.
Voters demonstrated their unshakeable confidence in the ANC in 8 of the 11 contested wards. The ANC futher decisively won two wards previously held by the DA and the IFP, notably in areas these parties have considered to be their strongholds of Western Cape and KwaZulu-Natal respectively.
These results reaffirm the confidence that the people of South Africa have in the ANC and its leadership. We extend our gratitude to our communities for the continuous show of confidence in their movement. We wish the newly elected Councillors success as they move forward the work of improving the lives of our people for the better. We dare not fail.
The ANC thanks all those who went to cast their vote and call for even higher voter turnout as we advance to the 2016 Local Government Elections. We equally, thank the Independent Electoral Commission for continuously delivering free fair, credible and transparent elections. Our democracy is alive and well.
