Valentine’s Day Murders

Valentine’s Day Murders

Valentine’s Day Murders

Valentine’s Day is not a day for murders; it is believed to be a day of love. On the other hand, for some it was the day of heartbreak, tears and sorrow. Murders that happened on Valentine’s Day are not always linked to romance, jealousy or controlling spouses. The romantic day shared by millions of lovers worldwide is a happy day of love, romance and good fortune. As Valentine’s Day has a significant impact on the world, any murders or traumatic events occurring on this day do spark a frenzy of never forgetting the disaster happening on Valentine’s Day.
On February 14, 1971, Jesse McBane, and Patricia Mann attended a Valentine’s Day dance in Durham. Patricia never returned home after the dance. A missing person file was opened after roommates and family members notified the police. Days went by, there was no sign of Patricia or Jesse, and on a cold winter’s night a survey worker, working in the woods northwest of Durham noticed an unfamiliar sighting of what seemed to be a mannequin’s leg. Curious about the finding, the worker took a closer look and discovered a dead couple covered with leaves.
The murdered couple had been tied to a tree with thick ropes, knotted around the neck. A medical examination revealed the couple was tortured and strangled several times before dying. The murder became big news on Television, radio stations, and local newspapers, and dubbed the Valentine’s Day Murder.
Perhaps the most notorious killing on Valentine’s Day was the massacre on February 14, 1929 when Al Capone masterminded a plot to slay members of a rival gang. Al Capone was known for often displaying a violent temper combined with a high sense of honor and loyalty. Capone had an extensive spy network in Chicago, and plans of assassination were never successful. Capone ordered many killing and remained skillful at isolating rivals and enemies. On the night of hit, two of Capone’s men were dressed in police uniform. Capone’s men stormed into the garage, headquarters of bootlegger George Moran’s north side gang, the seven men dropped the weapons and stood against the wall suspecting the raid to be a police one.
Capone’s men fired over 150 bullets from shotguns and machine guns into the victims. The operation was quick and members of the Moran gang were killed instantly together with an unidentified visitor. The target was to kill the leader, Moran, who, fortunately, survived the onslaught by not being there on Valentine’s Day.
Valentine’s day 2001, Susan wife of a successful doctor John Hamilton was murdered. Known as a perfect couple, happily married for 14 years and appeared as a loving couple to the world. In defense, Hamilton said that on February 14, 2001 upon returning home with a bouquet of flowers found Susan lying in a pool of blood with a slit throat. Hamilton did not have the chance to show Susan the symbol of love on Valentine’s Day.
At first, Hamilton was not a suspect and played the role of a distraught husband splendidly. It was information given by one of Hamilton’s expert witnesses that triggered a successful conviction for the murder of Susan.
Tara, the wife of Stephen Grant, went missing, and a distressed Grant called the police on February 14, 2007. The police wasted no time and immediately began a search, after a short investigation found the mutilated body of Tara in the garage of the home the couple shared. Grant unable to deal with the devastation gave a voluntary confession of the killing. Grant was found guilty of murder and sentenced to 50 years in prison.
Is it rejection that causes a ruthless killing to take place? In the case of Tomicka Peterson, it would appear that rejection caused a premature death. Peterson told then-boyfriend Gibson Paul that the relationship was over and unable to accept this statement, Paul shot Peterson five times. Peterson died instantly, and Gibson was sentenced to life imprisonment after convicted of first-degree murder.
1993, Valentine’s Day is the day the Manriquez family will never forget. Ignacia Manriquez was shot in the head by jealous boyfriend, Juan Manuel Navarro. The tragedy of that day will haunt the four-year-old daughter who witnessed the killing. Although the couple was in a long-term relationship and had three children, the anxiety and jealousy became a problem, Navarro wanted out of the relationship and the couple amicably, agreed to end the broken union. After a period of wandering, Navarro wanted to renew the relationship and girlfriend Manriquez did not want to, resulting in a sudden death. It took almost nineteen years to convict and sentence Navarro for the murder of girlfriend Manriquez. Navarro was sentenced to 30 years in prison for the murder of Manriquez.

Zuma Lacks Leadership Credibility

Zuma Lacks Leadership Credibility

Zuma Lacks Leadership Credibility

Zuma

Zuma, visibly displayed a lack of leadership credibility during the South African State of the Nation address (SONA) in parliament.  Jacob Zuma, the president of South Africa, appeared to find the commotion and disruptions during the SONA presentation amusing and made no attempt to bring order into the house.
A few moments before Zuma arrived at Parliament, the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) began chanting, “Bring back the signal” when it was discovered that all cell phone signals were blocked inside the building. Members of other opposition parties and journalists soon joined in.  Leaders of opposition parties took this opportunity to ask the speaker of the house, Baleka Mbete, to switch the signal back on and stated that whoever blocked the signal was in direct breach of Section 32, of the Constitution and access to information. Mbete appeared poker-faced and said the secretary would investigate. The opposition called for the SONA speech to be delayed until the signals were switch back on.
It was evident that the EFF would continue to disrupt the procedure until the signal was returned. During the interruption, an obviously visible note was passed from Deputy President Cyril Ramaphosa to David Mahlobo, State Security Minister and soon after, Mbete announced the signal was unscrambled.
Zuma began his anticipated speech. Making no reference to the first disruption of the night. Grinning broadly, Zuma began reading a poorly prepared report, welcoming members and guests. Members of the EFF wasted no time and soon began to toss questions toward Zuma regarding the money spent on the Nkandla homestead. Zuma ignored the issues and tried to continue talking. At that point, Mbete intervened and told the EFF member it was not a question and answer session. The intervention did not help, and EFF members continued to ask the same question.
The EFF had no intention of heeding Mbete’s orders and continued to raise questions aimed at Zuma. A scramble broke out, and a conspicuously exasperated Mbete called for security forces to have the members of the EFF party removed. The outburst was hilarious and exceptionally undemocratic behavior from leaders of South Africa.
The grinning president appeared unmoved by the commotion and could not string a few words together for the sake of clarity regarding the chaos.

SOUTH AFRICA – A FAILED STATE – NAMING AND SHAMING THEM: PART III – MORE OF THE EVIL OF THOSE SO INVOLVED

This is a continuation of the series of articles in order to name the evil persons so involved who are not only creating havoc and chaos in South Africa but whose despicable actions have the potential to impact negatively on Europe and even the United States.

In closing in Part II there was the following  : “These people don’t care one iota as to what’s happening as long as they can party, drive expensive cars and copulate in a manner that even the rabbits could sign up for lessons in this regard.”

We have seen the effects hereof where the Chairperson of the SABC, Ellen Tshabala eventually fell on her sword for lying about her academic credentials. That she was arrogant beyond all belief is equally true. The reason as to why she could cling on to her overpaid position was the fact that she was intimate with Pres. Zuma. Copulating, fornicating, etc. Even the Chairperson of the struggling SAA falls into this category. Also, intimate with Pres. Zuma, etc. Is this a prescribed situation by what the Pres. gets first dibs and to hell with the Constitution? Seems South Africa has got its own Zulu-Rasputin!

One issue that comes to the fore is the fact that the black South Africans per se see hard work as an invention of apartheid. Then why has South Africa in the last couple of years become the second highest importer of Porsche motor vehicles?  Are the bonnets of these Porsches conducive to this fornication? Whatever happened to the urban legend that it was the Volkswagen that could do the trick?

It is clear that from a democratic viewpoint these well-endowed citizens only use democracy as an excuse in order to feather their nests. Don’t blame it all on Pres. Zuma, he inherited it, he just pushed it much further than his predecessors. Without regard to the functioning of the country. It is clear that his views could be along the lines that there are enough slaves to do the work.

In this regard, he is entirely wrong. The current electricity crisis that is destroying the RSA economically is but one of the issues on the table. Apologies by Min Lynn Brown under whose portfolio ESKOM falls does absolutely nothing in order to rectify the situation. The same scoundrels keep on paying themselves massive salaries, way above anything that is even paid in the European Union.

No action is taken until today. In addition, then Jacob Zuma with his Honorary Doctorate from the USA, pronounces that all the problems started when Jan Van Riebeeck landed at the Cape. How rights he is. It did all start when old Jan landed on the shores of what is now Adderley Street in Cape Town. When we delve into the history books, we find that the Khoi-San populated the Cape at that time. The Ndebele speaking tribes such as the Zulus were still migrating southwards in search of pastures for their cattle. There were no highways or byways. Zuma wants to blame all on the settlers whose offspring became a part and parcel of Africa, all while his ancestors were still migrating towards the south. Is it spoken on the spur of the moment, is it part of a strategy – if so to what end? The Incas disappeared in South America after the slaves overthrew the existing structures and thought that they could run it. Apparently over a period all they managed was to destroy everything in the then known world and the Incas as a nation disappeared from the face of the earth. In referring to this one, must remember that there are indeed many black people with outstanding qualities. As to whether they will ever be afforded the opportunities to realize such is another question.

Is it also not true that Zuma as Deputy President under former Pres. Was Mbeki singlehandedly responsible for exhausting the Air Force’s budget for travel due to his weekend jaunts to Swaziland? The Spear of the Nation at his beast!

The reference to all of the previous is for one simple reason – it denotes a modus operandi that pervades the South African community in all its facets. Slandering of people, victimizing them, stealing of their contracts, stealing of their moneys, creating situations without proof of anything, this has all become the norm in South Africa. These criminal minded people use the whole State mechanism; they ever take no responsibility. This is not only Zuma, this is a system which had been systematically been deployed by the ANC in order to get their control over the money! It always is because of the money. Look at Gaddafi’s money. Why must all of South Africa pay for these villains who stole Gaddafi’s moneys? When will they be arrested abroad? Criminals cannot travel with diplomatic passports, or can they? Is this why they are hell bent on pushing through a leftist’s fascist doctrine?

They sprout lots of nonsense, but all they are doing is to look at what they can steal from the State coffers. This is what it is, in a nutshell. Then Zelda Le Grange, PA of Pres. Mandela lets rip with her tirade about all these types of vitriol. She is not wrong; the only issue is that she apologized. She still has not learnt that if you respect those around you, they will respect you back. Any such tirade in reaction to a person who did not even go to school, for whatever reason, is a waste of time. The fact that Zelda spoke many truths cannot be ignored.

What happened here is the result of the incompetence ruling the RSA State. The State Security Agency is used to spy on the citizens of this country. The Defense Intelligence division of the SANDF is equally at work in this regard. So is Crime Intelligence of the SAPS. This while some 4000 Al Qaeda operatives are apparently making use of the South African facilities in order to rest. Are they under the protection of the President’s Office where the Raj, Mac Maharaj holds sway? (Not to be confused with Mac the Knife!)

Unbeknownst to many people, there is very little which is not controlled in the RSA. (It seems only the fornication part is not monitored!) The newspapers all need licenses under which they can operate, no licence, no publishing! In the UK, the press is controlled by issues such as “D” or similar notices. A hospital cannot operate unless they have a licence to operate a theatre – a real money spinner, once the gurney crosses the line on the floor, the clock starts ticking – it’s all about money!

In the Defense Industry all is done by means of permits as per Act 41 of 2002, the NCACC Act (National Conventional Arms Control.) This Act is in agreement with the Wassenaar arrangement under the auspices of the United Nations. However, it should be very clear to anyone who had been reading previous articles that this Committee and its Secretariat, the DCAC (Directorate Conventional Arms Control) has become nothing else but a means in order to steal from these people. The Director Compliance of the NCACC. Mrs. Vanessa Du Toit is not loath to sign false affidavits. The Military has become an organization in order to serve certain peoples’ interests. Off course she is not competent enough to draw up such affidavits on her own.  She as well as a certain Ronel Gericke had been implicated in falsely implicating persons in order to shut down their businesses.  In this regard, it is claimed that she is working closely with the NPA and a certain Adv. Torie Pretorius’ name springs up. He had been overheard as stating that peoples so on his list should have political cover. It is not about criminal aspects; it is about politics.

Paramount Logistics is famous for the stunts performed by their “Marauder “on “Top Gear”, the TV program.  It has been alleged that Ivor Ischikowitz and his partner Moeletsi Mbeki had obtained some USD 14 billion for an oil transaction. Apparently only USD 11 billion had been repaid before the war to kill Gaddafi started. If so, then what about the other USD 3 billion? Not forgetting that around 2000/2001 Ischikowitz was involved in a company called the Virlean Initiative which exported some 320 Ratel Infantry Fighting Vehicles to Jordan. These vehicles were bought for below their scrap value. Currently a second hand one less a functioning turret goes for around Rand 3, 8 million. Some USD 300 million would seem to have gone astray. Till today not one peep from anybody in authority. It is known that the Head of DI at the time, a Genl Ledwaba was handling the final First Consult report in this regard, and nothing came of it. Ichikowitz and his Paramount Logistics have gone from strength to strength. Who would not with USD 300 million as allegedly parked offshore due to the exports of the Ratels? In addition, don’t forget the USD 3 billion of Gaddafi’s moneys to be still in his and his partner Moeletsi Mbeki’s hands!

In addition, then the super sleuth Vanessa Du Toit from the NCACC whose husband Matie Du Toit, previous Chief of Staff of the late January Masilela – Previous Sec of Defense, is now working for Paramount Logistics. Now is that not a conflict of interest? Who can see this as it seems that the RSA State condones corruption and does not want to see what’s going on?  The ANC has pushed corruption to unprecedented levels. Where apartheid‘s fraud ended, they just seem to have continued. The NPA does not function; Zuma’s acolytes are obfuscating and obstructing justice. A certain Torie Pretorius is the so-called executioner on cases relating to anti-government affairs. However, it seems to be clear that most of what he is up to is fabrications.

No wonder the Lady of Justice is blindfolded – so she cannot see the mess they are creating. Since the ANC took over everything seems to point to the fact that South Africa is on a downhill curve. If it is not infrastructure, despite all the money being spent, mostly on salaries and junkets, very little maintenance is being done. Sewerage, potable water – all of these aspects are becoming a major dilemma.

Moreover, the stealing! The abuse of the legal system – this is where the real corruption takes place. Individual Advocates and Attorneys are only chasing money for their own pockets and to hell with the rest. Whatever the rules, they will find a way around it, is it then not so that the whole system is doomed if these foundations are cracking?

Warrants are issued based on false affidavits as specifically by said Vanessa Du Toit. As the compliance officer at the NCACC, she led raids on among other things Imperial Armor in Pietermaritzburg because they were apparently not registered with the NCACC as per the provisions of the various legislation.  Instead of Du Toit doing her homework whence she would have discovered that Imperial Armor had applied to be registered with the NCACC whence the DCAC handles such registrations. In this regard, the DCAC is staffed by a load of incompetent people of whom the majority, females were appointed after being intimate with Dumisane Dladla. Said Dladla had been appointed to a very senior position in the Minister of Defense’s office and were apparently responsible for the DCAC. What has become patently clear is that these Organs of State is nothing more than terrorist organizations that are sabotaging the economy of the RSA? The Opposition is parliament cannot penetrate this veil of incompetence cloaked in secrecy and stealing of companies’ information that they must declare by law.

The Ministers would seem to be unable to grasp and to get a handle on what is happening. Whilst the UN is responsible for the Wassenaar Arrangement, an International forum for the control of conventional arms, people such as Vanessa Du Toit, representing the RSA, sits there knowing full well that she had signed and sworn to many a false affidavit. Is it not time that she be arrested abroad and interrogated by signatory states to the Wassenaar arrangement as she is endangering the sub-region through her actions?

South Africa’s membership in this regard should also be suspended as everything is pointing to the RSA becoming a terrorist haven!

But then not only Du Toit, all the military personnel so involved. Col DBT Smit admitted in a sworn affidavit that he was so instructed in order to steal individual contractors’ information and to discredit them. Under whose instructions? Why?

Denel and Armscor, both State-owned entities are hotbeds for corruption. The Politicians are shut out and bamboozled. This happened under National Party rule. It has blossomed even further under ANC rule. If ever a country existed that was under threat of becoming a failed state and operating as one, then it is the RSA. Thabo Mbeki as President and Tony Blair from Britain’s laptop started this process and gave it momentum. With Zuma seemingly much more incompetent and also being framed by Mbeki in the Arms Deal, the country stands no chance.

Those countries supporting the RSA are in for a rude awakening. Let the bells toll, this not about crying wolf, wolf, this about looking at the facts and seeing as to what’s happening.

There is none as blind as those who do not want to hear or see! Once a terrorist organization, always a terrorist organization.

Then there is ESKOM, The Post Office, Transnet, too many to mention now. In the next article, we shall attempt to shed more light.

Meanwhile, bring all the proof of what’s going on. No need to be a sole voice in the desert. Despite all the attempts of the Security establishment to monitor, on an illegal basis off course all our communications, we shall expose these doings! All it takes is for all the good men and women to remain silent. Is that then why Mosul, a city in Iraq with 3 million inhabitants is controlled by only 5 000 fighters?

“PAY BACK THE MONEY!!!”

SOUTH AFRICA – A FAILED STATE – NAMING AND SHAMING THEM: PART II – THE EVIL OF THOSE INVOLVED

This is one of a series of articles in order to name the evil people involved in creating havoc and chaos in South Africa. People whose despicable actions have the potential to impact negatively on Europe and even the United States.

It might sound crazy, but it is not. When a country such as South Africa can steal more than USD 800 billion from another country, such as Libya, this holds the potential for massive repercussions. While the moving of the Libyan moneys had started during the time of Pres. Mandela and the bulk because of that during the time of Pres. Mbeki with Pres. Zuma being caught up on the tail end of these movements. However, the buck stops today with Pres. Zuma, an incompetent, psychopathic, sexually focused, paranoid individual who is described by Ole Max Du Preez as a “one man wrecking ball.”  The only problem is that his actions and inaction will take a very long time to be corrected. He apparently believes that the Zulus are untouchable, however, there is a big surprise for him and the rest of his tribe. The rest of the country is starting to become united against him and his Zulus and their acolytes. Zuma is quick to criticize the opposition, but he and his people have shown no appreciation for what they inherited. The Zulus have turned the Valley of a Thousand Hills in Kwazulu Natal, a picturesque panorama, into the Valley of Ten Thousand toilets! This aspect should always be kept in mind as this is clearly the way the Zulus see the world around them.

However, it is not only the Zulus, there are the Xhosas of Mbeki that warrant concern.
In essence, what it means is that the ANC has been bad for South Africa. They claim to be leaning towards communism. They forget that communism itself is a form of leftist fascism in as much as Nazism is a form of rightist fascism. Under the ANC the RSA has gone backward, Zuma blames everything on apartheid. In this regard, he actually admits that the ANC is not living up to its promises. When the Mail & Guardian publishes reports from inside the ANC itself to this effect, they are castigated. Gwede Mantashe, one of the ANC’s top six stated that the revolutionary movement is under threat. What does he mean by this? Is this October 1917 about to be repeated?

Not only under the auspices of the ANC do they steal Libya’s moneys, they use the State’s resources to hide these funds. According to certain allegations, they even send billions of these moneys to ISIS in Syria. In this regard, the allegations are that Jesse Duarte, another of the ANC’s top six is involved in this issue.  The Defense Intelligence (DI) of the SANDF is primarily involved. Genl Nyembe, Chief of DI, Brig Genl Sidney Modise, and Col Ngobeni, etc. are all implicated in this fracas. At the SA Reserve bank, it is alleged that previous Governor Gill Marcus and the less than competent Maria Ramos, Chairperson of ABSA, had sent substantial quantities of Gaddafi’s gold to the UK. Sent in order to serve as a guarantee with Barclays Plc for a credit line to ABSA, where Barclays do hold a substantial shareholding. Le Monde, the influential French journal reported on 28 January 2015 the fact of the role of the South Africans and the disappearance of the Gaddafi moneys. Definitely not a situation by what the South African government is covered in clover.

This is the same ABSA which came about with the amalgamation of the old Volkskas Bank.  This is the same Volkskas where according to allegations officials were paid billions of Rands in order to facilitate the contracts for Armscor in order to obtain either weaponry or to export South African manufactured products. Suffice to say that the South African defense industry is today only a shadow of its former self. Officials are running their own offshore companies. An example of what’s been going on is as follows:  an organization, AMD representing the Industry has as its Chairperson, Dean Mogale from a company called Afrimeasure, supplying night vision. This company garnered a couple of years back a contract for R 170 million from Armscor in order to provide night vision from a German company which was assembling Russian manufactured equipment. Despite them being disqualified by the evaluation committee for the contract, these recommendations had been overridden. The fact that Mogale was a big mate of the former, incompetent, Minister of Defense, Lindiwe Sisulu, seems to have helped their cause. Afrimeasure is bankrupt and they still owe the Germans apparently more than USD 7 million. According to allegations, Mogale had spirited the moneys away to a family trust which is under his wife’s control! This is the same Mogale whom it has been alleged had bribed an official at SARS in order to make a tax bill of more than R 5 million to disappear and then he welched on the official.

But the plot thickens, at AMD a DENEL employee sits as a director. His name is Victor Khasapane, a former artillery officer. Denel today is losing its way, they take two years to manufacture a Rooivalk attack helicopter. Even a G6 x 155 mm gun cannot be built unless they have an order for a minimum of 36 guns and also a two-year waiting period. This is the same Denel who delivered refurbished rifles – R4’s, a copy of the famous Israeli Galil, which was manufactured under license in the RSA. Suffice to say, the state had the capability to manufacture these rifles have also fallen by the wayside. However, the rifles delivered to the SA Infantry was at a cost of R 142 000.00 each. Yet a brand new Italian Beretta at the time cost R 28 000.00. Can anybody in his right mind explain how this was possible? All this happened while Denel is registered as a private company although the shares are held by the State. Anti-competitive behavior!!

Armscor, another State-owned entity belonging to the State and run by officials from the NP’s days. These state-owned entities appear to be more run on the basis for the pockets of the officials in their employ than for the benefit of the state. According to Pik Botha , former Minister of Foreign Affairs , who claims to be a friend of Steven Hawkings , the scientist, said that the corruption through the years at these entities have been on such a scale that any government who dared to expose such, would fall. Armscor is run by an acting CEO by the name of Sipho Mkwanazi, who is manipulated by Gerhard Grobler, the CFO and Dawie Griessel, the Acting Head of Procurement. All these officials have been playing a role in the Arms Deal, which is under investigation. Sipho Mkwanazi is an evil man, he slanders anybody under the pressures of those manipulating him. Armscor is a pathetic institution which survives due to the state pumping moneys into it. According to newspaper reports, Armscor lost an International Arbitration and had to cough up some R 300 million, equivalent to USD 30 million at the time. Currently, Armscor had been whacked with a one million Euro punitive cost order in Lisbon for the delays caused in a case by Jorge Pinol. Pinole’s case goes back to 1986 when he was instrumental in sourcing Puma helicopters for Armscor and they never paid his commission, which at this stage is running at R 4 billion, equivalent to USD  285 million. He has also confirmed his locus standi in Portugal in order to continue his case against Armscor.

Armscor is indeed a hornet’s nest and a big problem in the South African economic sphere. When they cannot have it their way, they will fabricate stories in order to steal while claiming secrecy provisions. In this regard, a South African company, NGAM (Pty) Ltd and its Directors have become one of their victims. NGAM had garnered a contract in order to deliver East Block weapons via Armscor for SA Special Forces, this they did successfully. However, Armscor created so many delays. I.E. a delay of 397 days in order to open a valid Letter of Credit and after that set about to sabotage the deliveries of the weapons. Till today, they have still not even paid for the price increases of these weapons. Armscor, rather established a task force, internally which set out to destroy NGAM and its directors. In this regard, Armscor and SASF by means of its very incompetent Officer Commanding, Brig Genl Rudzani Maphwanya, and a Col DBT Smit have roped in the DI, Brig Genl Sidney Modise. A drinking buddy of Maphwanya to spread blatant untruths, slander, victimizing and terrorizing the company and its directors.  Despite lodging letters to Pres. Zuma about these matters, nothing had been forthcoming with regard to resolving these issues.

Approaching the Courts is a futile exercise. The judges all appear to have been “spoken to”. This is seemingly also the sole reason why Pinol could not receive any joy in the RSA legal system. The Judges, mostly Afrikaans speaking are indeed apparently a bunch of gutless brown nosing creatures when it comes to these matters.  When the criminals in the Defense Force and the Defense Industry states that one is a danger to the safety of the country, the judges accept such. Whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty?   An unsigned affidavit handed to various courts states that one of the directors of NGAM, Johan Erasmus, had smuggled weapons to Syria! No proof is supplied as it is blatantly untrue and false. Yet, the South African judges accept such as the truth. One must remember that the majority of these judges of whom it was alleged that they were either involved in drugs or extramarital affairs.

A certain Mark Philips, of the Ranch fracas, who had been victimized and persecuted by the authorities, had apparently won his case for R 800 million in damages against the State. This matter is kept reticent. Why? Mark Shuttleworth had won his case against the RSA authorities for the return of the 10% penalties which he had to forfeit when he moved his money offshore. Still the authorities are going hell for leather to find any loophole in order, not to fulfill the court order.

The big winners in all these legal maneuvers are the attorneys and advocates. Especially those advocates such as a cert Graham Bester in Pretoria. In his regard, it is expensive indeed to stable racing horses.  It is also a known fact that the advocates had organized themselves into individual blocks by what the outcome of a case is then decided. One of their strategies is to postpone all legal action on an ad infinitum basis. The judges tend to delay for whatever reason.  In this regard Judges such as P K Van Der Bijl, De Vos, and Fabricius, etc. are all kowtowing to outside forces. Their continuous postponement in serious matters is an indication of the problems relating to the RSA. Due to these aspects, the fact that the state is populated by criminals. And that these judges are adhering to their requests, as manifest in the discussions in the judge’s tea room, is indeed a very worrying trend.
In this regard, the lack of executing legal principles is what’s behind the decline in the RSA, in all sectors. The legal profession is the sole reason as to why the criminality is as rife as it is in the RSA. Judges do not take action unless it seems, they are instructed to. Generally all these judgments are only meted out whence somebody is an opponent to individual politicians.

Whatever anybody says, the fact of the matter is that one has only had to look at how the courts function in order to comprehend the reasons for why South Africa is a failing democracy. A case in point is how Jacob Zuma’s legal team had obstructed and obfuscated the issues around the legal process pertaining to the handling of the tapes to the DA. Several years later and after massive legal expenses had been incurred, Zuma’s legal team had run short of any excuses in the Supreme Court of Appeal. This has been throughout the manner in which legal matters have been handled. The judges are seemingly too afraid to do their duties under the Constitution and simply elevates issues to the higher courts, i.e. Appeals and Constitutional Courts. In this whole process, the rule of law is subverted as in the case against Jacob Zuma for more than 700 charges pertaining to corrupt practices.

In this regard allegations that the judges are being blackmailed due to their obsession with drugs and mistresses might just seem to be ringing true. Where there’s that smoke ….
And this is how the RSA is floundering along.

Incompetence, fraud, and corruption carry the day. The SA State’s security agencies are focusing on protecting the criminals in the State. These would be all the politicians who had appointed the criminals. When a State steals another sovereign state’s money, and the reigning political party abusing the state’s resources in order to cover up their incompetence and their criminality, then there is something major wrong in this set up. That is precisely what’s happening in the RSA. While the blame must be laid in front of Zuma, the issue is that this rot stems much deeper. In actual fact, it is the whole ANC that is liable to this rot in as much as the NP is responsible to the apartheid corruption.

While Boko Haram is sowing chaos and destruction in West Africa, the Ministers of Defense and Foreign Affairs in South Africa had gone public in order to threaten any South African who would dare to assist the Nigerian government against Boko Haram, with arrest. What utter nonsense! In actual fact, these two Ministers should be brought up on charges of crimes against humanity. Could it rather have been because they are petrified about the allegedly 4 000 Al Qaeda operatives in South Africa.  Operatives who are using as a base for rest and recreation, might retaliate? Why Not? This was also the reason why the South African government was nowhere to be seen when the rest of the world was taking action against the Somali pirates.

Once the Kenyan government started taking action against these pirates, a series of bomb explosions shook the country. The South Africans do not have any inkling as to what’s happening in their own country. Only when it comes to stealing and massive corruption does, things move forward.
Then there is the issue of the allegations pertaining to billions of dollars sent to ISIS by Jesse Duarte, one of the ANC’s top six. Money that was also part and parcel of the missing Gaddafi moneys. ISIS has made it clear that their target is Europe and specifically Rome, which is seen by them as the center of Christianity.  What role will South Africa play in this battle which has already started? Under the ANC? Just look at the track record.

Don’t forget that it is the South African legal system which is failing not only the country but also the rest of the world.

Exposing and naming them will continue. These people don’t care one iota as to what’s happening as long as they can party, drive expensive cars and copulate in a manner that even the rabbits could sign up for lessons in this regard.

South Africa Leadership Crisis

South Africa Leadership Crisis

South Africa Leadership Crisis

The president of South Africa, Jacob Zuma, will present the State of the Nation Address (SONA) this coming week regardless of the leadership crisis stalking the country. Zuma is presently serving a second and last term in office and has four years to deliver on election promises. There is the assumption that the SONA speech will be “prettified” with new promises of improved governance and addressing the grievances of dealing with the apartheid era.

Without fail, there is a drastic decline in service deliveries, crime escalation and infringement of security with the failing power supply. The governing party of South Africa, the African National Congress (ANC), have no working solutions for the problems facing South Africa today. As the problems escalate, the leadership confirms that stability and peace are not attainable.
The recent protests in townships appear to be a common factor spiraling out of control. The public want answers and basic service deliveries from the government. Over the years, the decline in living standards has caused the people to take up arms and burn buildings as a form of protest against the leadership.
The education crisis does not have a happy ending, as learners are left without text books, with burning schools and incompetent teachers. Learners are being forced to stay away from school due to protests and lawlessness, indicating that government fails the young and restless students.
The ANC slogan “we will not fail our people” does not apply to the majority in South Africa. Leaders are expected to find answers and take action to problems occurring, yet the ANC fail miserably. The ANC fails to lead by example and follow the manifesto of the party, and cannot make decisions to avert total anarchy.
