The footage shows the man grabbing the animal by its back legs as it whimpers in pain.
He then hurls the dog around before letting it go and lets it land on the concrete as laughter can be heard in the background.
After the brutal attack the dog appears to get back on its feet and limps off in pain as it tries to find safety.
These kind of videos make us sick to the stomach and we only share them so that these immoral scumbags can be arrested and be dealt with by police. These type of people deserve to rot and die in jail. Animals have no idea what they did wrong or what is going on. Our hope is that this excuse for a human be found and justice be served.

To make matters worse, a photo of a dog chained was posted on Facebook." This poor boy was brought into us from Chatsworth as a stray in so much pain, I rushed him to Dr Hoole to get this clamp removed. Another unnecessary expense for us but we have to treat this dog.
